About this villa rental
A house with a lot of privacy by the distance to the neighboring buildings!
This spacious 6-person family house is located on a sunny hill in a quiet, wooded area in the urbanization Vizcondado de Cabanyes. It has a fantastic view day and night on the sea at Palamos and the surrounding cork oak forests. (Gavarres Mountains)
In the lovingly landscaped and manicured garden (approx 2000 sqm) there are sunny and shady terraces and about 8 mx 4 m large pool with loungers and outdoor shower. By a total of approximately 4000 square meters large and enclosed property has a lot of privacy, which can also be enjoyed by the pool and in the adjacent pavilion.
The open living room with dining area has large doors to covered, lockable terrace, barbecue and evening you can admire the starry sky with a glass of wine. From this terrace you can supervise your children while swimming.
The villa enchants with its unique atmosphere, which makes it a perfect holiday destination.
The kitchen is comfortable with dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers (pads and filters), kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available.
The living room has a stereo system, TV and a Wii console with many games. High speed WiFi is available in the house and also in the nearby garden.
The many windows and double doors make the house very bright and have a nice cross breeze. In addition, all 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Bedroom 1: 2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m
Bedroom 2: 1.60 mx 2.00 m
Bedroom 3: 1.60 mx 2.00 m
Our linen package: bed linen and towels (optional bookable - 15 € / person)
2 of the 3 double bedrooms are in the 2nd. Floor with separate exit to the pool and bring the en-suite bathrooms and private terraces much privacy.
The house has an oil central heating for spring, autumn and winter.
Parking for 2 cars are available on the property.

Comfortable with very nice view, well maintained garden and pool. We could not judge airco or fan as we didn’t need during our stay. Infact heating worked well for 1st week of May as we need due to chill evenings. Host and Maria who welcomed us was friendly and helpful.

Our family of four had an amazing time at Villa Siena. The house was comfortable, clean, and had all we needed. The garden surrounding it and the views of the mountains and the sea were simply breathtaking. Our kids loved the swimming pool. We marveled at the many plants and flowers surrounding the property. There were butterflies everywhere. We can’t wait to return!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Owners and property manager were flexible and responsive. Property was very clean, better than advertised and perfect on all aspects. We plan to try and book here again in the future. No need to look for another house.

We have spent an excellent 2 weeks in Villa Sienna. The house itself is fully equipped, well maintained and the garden and the view are breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable and while preparing lunch or dinner in the kitchen you can enjoy a splendid seaview or you can have breakfast on one of the terraces. If you want to eat out however, there are plenty of opportunities in the immediate neighbourhood to discover and to enjoy. Although I do not know how paradise looks like, I would not be surprised if Villa Sienna comes very close..
