About this house rental
Just a few kilometers from the center of the city of Pula and 5-10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the south of Istria, our apartment is in a quiet neighborhood.
The apartment with separate entrance is surrounded by a 1000 sqm, enclosed garden property with meadow and flowers.
The landlord lives in the house (with a separate entrance).
Your apartment has 80 m2 and is suitable for 5 people. The apartment has two bedrooms and the possibility to convert the sofa into a bed. In addition to the dining room and bathroom with shower (1 sink), toilet, bidet, window and washing machine), the apartment has two terraces overlooking the garden.
The kitchen corner in the kitchen has a gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
In front of the apartment there is a terrace with garden furniture, garden and grill.
For those who prefer an active vacation nearby (50 m) there is a sports recreation area and children's playground where you can enjoy your favorite sports activities (table tennis, baseball ...). Also just 2 km away is the beautiful forest park Šijana, where you can enjoy running and even in the hottest summer days.

We very much appreciated the Apartment attached to the landlords. Family Utoka are very friendly hospitable hosts. They provide actual Information about activities in and around Pula, give adivice in case you have questions staying otherwise in the background making you feel comfortable. We very much recommend this Place for holidays.

The guest family was very friendly. The apartment is clean cam large bright and has two balconies. With the included bikes its very easy to go to Pula and to many nice bays for swimming, walking and many other activities. With in the reach of bikes are many nice places to discover. We and our children enjoyed the stay very much.

Die Ferienwohnung war okay. Sie war sauber und erfüllte ihren Zweck. Zwar entsprach sie nicht ganz der Beschreibung, so fehlte z.B. die im Inserat aufgeführte Mikrowelle, jedoch war die gesamte Familie von Mirko sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht, den Zustand herzustellen. So wurde die Mikrowelle am nächsten Tag beschafft und uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Nicht schön war die Mückenplage, die wir im Haus und in diesem Stadtteil von Pula hatten. Trotz diverser Mückenschutze (auch chemische) hatte ich mehr als 100 Mückenstiche als wir heimreisten. Natürlich kann niemand was dafür, aber Insektengitter an den Fenstern wäre vielleicht eine Lösung. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden und können die Wohnung für die Reisenden empfehlen, die tagsüber viel unterwegs sind. Es gibt einige schöne Strände in der Nähe (Mirko und seine Familie geben hier auch gerne Empfehlungen) und auch andere touristische Aktivitäten.
