The house is located on the beautiful west coast of Greece between Plataria and Sivota directly by the sea and about 24 km from Igoumenitsa, opposite the island of Corfu.
The house has a living space of approx. 149 m2 and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen with all electrical appliances, dining room, a large terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a wonderful panoramic view. It is located outside the village of Plataria, right next to the campsite, slightly above sea level and offers an incomparable view of the sea. There is only one other house right next to the house, so you can relax from the hectic pace of everyday life in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
In Sivota and Plataria you will find many restaurants, cafés and good shopping opportunities. Lonely bays invite you to swim, sunbathe and dive. Water sports are also possible. The next largest city is Igoumenitsa.

Meine Familie und ich haben unsere Zeit in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Treppe zum Meer war das Highlight morgens und nach getaner Arbeit! Auch die Aussicht auf das Meer beim Abendessen waren beeindruckend. Deutlich schöner als es die Bilder vermuten lassen! Einziger negativer Punkt war der durchgehend bellende und völlig verängstige Nachbarshund, der usb zu Beginn auch öfter angeknurrt hat und uns doch oft gegen 5 oder 6 aus dem Bett geholt hat...aber der ist wohl auch nicht immer da, somit hatten wir evtl nur Pech

Ein sehr schönes grosszügiges Haus. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Wir waren das erste mal in Epirus und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Wunder-schönes Haus, riesige Terrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick, eine Woche war definitiv zu kurz! Das nächste Mal mindestens drei Wochen. Superfreundlicher Empfang, sehr leckere Orangenmarmelade, vielen Dank nochmals. Wir kommen wieder!
