Our modern and cozy style villa can accommodate 6 people. The house is located in the popular and sunny south-west of the island of Mallorca in a prime location for excursions. You will live in an attractive and quiet residential area in Costa de la Calma between Santa Ponsa and Peguera.
The Mediterranean garden with a tree population of palm trees, shrubs and flowering hedges surrounds the entire house. Here you can enjoy a vacation for high demands and with a lot of privacy.
The villa has been renovated since summer 2017 and is newly furnished inside and out.

Shops, bars and restaurants as well as the sandy beach of Santa Ponsa are nearby (a 10-minute walk). The golf courses of Santa Ponsa and Poniente can be reached in about 5 or 10 minutes. The exclusive marina of Puerto Portals as well as the bays and sandy beaches of Cas Català, Ses Illetes and Cala Major can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Port d 'Andratx - for many the most beautiful port on the island - only 10 minutes by car.

The port of Palma, the cathedral and the beautiful old town are only 20 km away. Due to the proximity to Santa Ponsa and Palma, you also have an active infrastructure in the winter months. The Villa Calmatzó is an ideally located and equipped accommodation to enjoy the increasingly popular winter months on the island, the various Christmas markets in the region and various day spas.

A service fee of EUR 300 is due for each booking. This is payable on site.
The service fee includes for the entire rental period:
German-speaking property management (also Spanish and English), final cleaning, bed linen, towels and beach towels, water, heating, regular pool and garden maintenance.

Tourist tax of EUR 2.20 per person / per night is payable on arrival. Does not apply to children under 16 years of age.

Electricity consumption is calculated separately at € 0.26 per kWh and is payable on departure. The meter is read together with you on arrival / departure by the administrator.
