This home was amazing and included everything you need with lots of extras. The kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances, cookware and supplies. All you need to bring is your clothes. Everything else was provided. Rich was very informative about the house and the area. Sue did a great job cleaning the property. 10 out of 10 for us and we will be back again.

The house had everything we needed for our yearly zen getaway. Rich was very flexible with us about checking in. He kept us informed when the weekly workers were popping in to do their jobs. Unlike some homes in Cape Coral, we were able to control the thermostat. The location was incredibly quiet. It’s very secluded so you don’t see the neighbors when you are in the pool. It is centrally located and very easy to get around. Excellent price for what we got. I’ve stayed at many places in Cape Coral and my standards are high—I would stay again.

We honeymooned here, and what can I say… it was absolutely perfect. The villa was immaculately clean, had everything we needed and more! The pool was amazing, we were in it everyday! The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The bed was amazing, so comfortable we wanted to take it home. The dock was great, my hubby spent many hours fishing off there and I even caught my first fish! The whole honeymoon was perfect and we would definitely recommend! The hosts were great, and were easy to contact, during the process of booking, answering any questions before we went and during our time at the villa. Thank you both! Lisa & Craig - England.
