About this apartment rental
Casa Molinero is a welcoming apartment located in a two-family house. The main home is occupied by the owners and their small dog, but the guest apartment is completely independent.
The apartment offers:
• Two bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed, the other with two single beds.
• Living/dining room with kitchenette, equipped with a 2-ring induction hob, small oven, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.
• TV: German digital satellite TV with HDMI connection.
• Private terrace with built-in barbecue (cleaning fee of €35 if you prefer not to clean it yourself).
👉 Tourist tax: from age 16, €1 per person/day for the first 7 days.
👉 The pool terrace (with sea view) and the pool are also used by the owners.
👉 Car required.

Up to two small dogs (max. 10 kg) are allowed by prior arrangement, at no extra charge.
The terrace is fenced.
The property must be left broom-clean and with rubbish removed. We reserve the right to increase the cleaning fee if this is not respected.

The pool is fitted with a built-in corner bench, a counter-current system, and massage jets.
The water treatment is done without chemical tablets, using a modern electrolysis system.

Agréable appartement bien équipé chez l'habitant dans les hauteurs de Lloret de mar (loin du bruit de la ville). Rainer et sa femme sont des personnes accueillantes et discrètes. Nos filles ont étaient ravies par la compagnie de leurs deux chiens. Nous avons pu profiter tous les jours de leur belle piscine chauffée, idéal pour nos enfants en bas âges. Elle donne sur un joli panorama mer et montagne. Le soir ont aperçoit la ville de Lloret toute éclairée. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour avec les enfants malgré les dires de notre entourage sur la ville de Lloret qui est effectivement très animée. La plage se remplie vite mais la mer est très belle. On a opté pour les calanques pleins de charme le matin (très proches de la ville 15min max ) piscine l'après-midi et balade en fin de journée. Du coup, nous avons étaient très peu mêlés à la foule. :)

wir haben Anfang Juli 2019 für 12 Tage Urlaub in dieser wirklich schönen und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung gemacht. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben sehr gut ausgestattet und ausreichend groß für 4 Personen. Das absolute Highlight ist der tolle Pool mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Küste von Lloret bis Blanes und bei klarem Wetter noch weiter. Die Kinder und auch wir haben darin viele schöne Stunden gehabt. Susanne und Rainer sind tolle Gastgeber. Man merkt, dass es Ihnen eine Herzensangelegenheit ist, dass ihre Gäste eine schöne Zeit bei ihnen verbringen. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben jede Menge gute Tipps, Egal ob es die Frage nach dem besten Einkaufsmarkt, Restaurant oder Unterstützung bei der Planung eines Ausfluges ist. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Frau und Herr Müller sind ohne Überteibung perfekte Gastgeber. Sie stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und geben wirklich nützliche Tipps und Hinweise. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine unbeschwerte Zeit benötigt.Von der Lage und des überragenden Pools inkl. Aussicht ganz zu schweigen. Note 1 mit einem dicken Stern!!!
