Underground parking space. A spacious sauna in the winter months. A butcher, cheese dairy and a grocery store within 250 m.
Ski and ski boot room. The start of the ski area is 168 meters
Right next door is a small sports and soccer field where you can use it for free. In the summer months you can get the Warth Lech Card for free, and you can use it with many facilities. All lanes where open in summer (Steffisalpe, Schlegelkopf, Rüfikopf) Museum the wonderful swimming pool in Lech with a children's pool, a large one for the swimmers and a slide. both pools are heated and offer a spacious lawn right next to the Lech stream.
You can also use all village buses (blue), where every hour runs between Lech - Warth - Hochtannberg Pass. The hall is 150m from the house.

Die Wohnung in Warth hat alles, was macht braucht und ist modern und mit Einbaumöbeln ausgestattet.
Die Duschköpfe sind genial - gerade nach langen Wanderungen oder Skitagen!
Mit einem innenliegenden Schlafzimmer muss man umgehen können - zum schlafen alle mal gut.
