Holiday house Casa Rosina 2-10 P., garden, pool, amazing vieuw,6 km to the lake

The house is situated in a small village 10 minuted drive (steep) uphill. It is very charming and simply -but nicely- decorated. Everything you need is there (except for towels and linen; they are not included in the price and a considerable amount will be charged separately) The upper and lower part of the house are not connected. The kitchen, living room and one bedrooms are situated 'upstairs', the other bedrooms are ' downstairs'. You walk through the garden to reach the different parts of the house. With kids this is something to take into consideration. The beds are good! There is no airconditioning and as it can become very hot, it is important to keep the house well ventilated during the cooler periods of the day. As life is mostly outside we have not experienced this as a problem. The house has beautiful and large garden and a very nice pool on a separate terrace. The views from the house/garden are mind-blowing. We spent a great week in the house with 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids (8-11). We can recommend it!

Wonderful house, gardens, bbq area and pool with lots of space for extended family and children. In a lovely quiet village with spectacular views of the lake. Bar, pizzeria(pizza on weekends only) and small shop are walking distance from the house. The house is comfortable and clean and has everything you might need including toys for all aged children. Make sure to let Rosina know your arrival time or if you are delayed so she can arrange key collection. We arrived late and nothing was arranged so we can only give 2 stars for check-in unfortunately.

We spend really nice family holiday in Monte Baldo. House was big enough for us and for the kids the place was the best. The best thing was the view. That was something you have to see. Enjoying your morning coffee watching mountains and the lake is breathtaking moment. I really recomend this place to visit and the garden as the swimming pool is really good for the kids.

We were two families with children that spent two really nice weeks here. The view is stunning, and we had many great dinners at the terrace. Everything was clean, the garden was beautiful, and of course the swimming pool was a great pleasure for the children. There is a great deal of opportunities to excursions around the lake. There are some smaller food stores, butcher and bakery in the village on the opposite side of the valley, so you don't have to go very far to get some Italian delicacies. We wold really like to return there someday!

We have rented the house together with friends twice - and we will do it again!
