Entering the house you enter directly into a trullo that serves as a large entrance / hallway. From here a short corridor on the right leads into a lamia that houses the sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms one of which with en-suit bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 large bathroom with shower. From the entrance on the left you can access a large fully equipped kitchen and a bright living area characterized by large windows that create a continuum of space between inside and outside really unique. From the living room a French door leads into the back garden where there is a large gazebo with tables and stone benches perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners and a small independent lamia that houses a fourth bedroom with a French bed and a small bathroom.
EXTERNAL
The trullo and the lamias are surrounded by a large land characterized by olive trees and splendid bushes of aromatic herbs; in the back garden, in addition to the gazebo set up for eating, there is a sun terrace that houses a swimming pool and a gazebo equipped with stone sofas perfect for relaxing moments. There is an outdoor shower and a small shed used as a storage for tools and for storing sunbeds and deckchairs.
Note: the rental cost includes bed linen and towels, pool towels, WiFi internet, gardener and pool cleaning (twice a week), all utilities, a midweek cleaning service. The cost of € 150 for final cleaning remains to be paid extra. On request it is possible to have additional cleaning services at the cost of € 10 per hour, cook service, transfer to and from the airport (€ 90 from Bari and € 60 from Brindisi), car and bike rental.
