About this house rental
The house is located directly on Olbasee in 02694 Kleinsaubernitz
Olbasee is a bathing lake, but fishing is not allowed.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people (including children) and was completely renovated in 2016.
BOOKING MAX. 4 PEOPLE INCL. ALL CHILDREN ALSO BABIES.

TV, shower, oven, 2dishes, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hair dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher
1 double bed, 1 loft bed, 1 pull-out couch (1.40 cm reclining area),
Baby travel bed by arrangement possible
Outdoor area approx. 600sqm,
Separate separate water access with dock, paddle boat (for your own safety, eg swimming sleeves)
Sitting / dining area by the water or covered terrace.
2 swings apart and a large playhouse with slide, swing and swing, sandpit, relax lounger
Barbecue, parking lot

Wir haben sehr erholsame Tage verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Perfekt für Kinder geeignet mit vielen Spielgeräten und super Spielplatz und direktem Wasserzugang.
Super liebe Gastgeber mit hervorragender Kommunikation.

Wer die Natur und das Leben in ihr liebt, ist in diesem Ferienhaus genau richtig. Bei schönem Wetter konnten wir am hauseigenen Steg baden, die Sonne genießen und die Vielzahl der Vögel in ihren Nistkästen beobachten und belauschen. Aber sollte das Wetter mal schlechter werden, so ist im Inneren des Ferienhauses auch an alles gedacht. Gut durchdachte Lösungen und liebevolle Details findet man auf dem gesamten Gelände. Für uns war es ein idealer Ort für Ausflüge nach Bautzen und Görlitz. Aber auch zu Fuß kann man die 1000 Teiche besuchen. Nun fahren wir gut erholt und mit vielen neuen Eindrücken wieder nach Hause. Danke!!!!

Gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für uns 4 gerade ausreichend groß. Bei besserem Wetter hätten wir den schönen Garten direkt am Wasser mit eigenem Steg und kleinem Sandstrand noch besser genießen können. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge um den See und zu den Nachbarseen. Auch ideal zum Besuch der schönen Städte Bautzen, Görlitz und Dresden. Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung!

In der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die vielen kleinen Details haben uns immer wieder ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Der Garten samt Spielhaus und der eigene Anleger mit kleinem Strand war perfekt für ein 3,5 jähriges Kind. Getoppt wurde das nur noch durch das kleine Ruderboot um immer wieder den See zu erkunden. Jederzeit würden wir wiederkommen.
