Located in the historic village of Clinton.This one of a kind 1892 Arts and Crafts Victorian has 3bedrooms and 2.5baths. Built by a Hamilton College professor the house is perfect for entertaining and gathering guests. The front porch decorated with twinkly lights and comfortable antique wicker furniture, is perfect for relaxing on College Street. The back deck overlooks over an acre of yard complete with an antique barn and a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Onebedroom has a queen bed, 2ndbedroom has 2 twin beds and 3rdbedroom has a queen bed.Sleeps 6. Walking distance to Village Green.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful historical home in Clinton, NY! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is full of character and charm, with thoughtful details that highlight its rich history while still offering all the modern comforts you could want.The location was perfect—just a short stroll to the village green, local shops, and great dining. We especially loved relaxing on the porch in the evenings and taking in the peaceful surroundings.The home was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. You can tell this property is well cared for and loved.

We traveled to the area for a family wedding. This house was perfect for my husband , my son, daughter-in-law, grand daughter and myself. This house has loads of charm, comfort front and back porches, great kitchen and a huge yard with fire pit. It is within walking distance of the charming village of Clinton. The owners added special touches that made our visit even more enjoyable. A great house in a fantastic location!!
