Davos: Apartment block "Guardaval (Utoring)". In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: indoor pool. In the house: reception, lounge with TV, WiFi, sauna (extra). Playroom, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Bread roll service and beverage service. Narrow motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces, extra), communal covered parking (extra). Shop 300 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop, railway station "Davos Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 1 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Parsenn 300 m, Jakobshorn 1.5 km. The building is located upstream of the resort of Parsenn mountain and offers beautiful view. Parking + garage (reservation on arrival).

Äußerlich nicht das romantischste Gebäude, aber mit interessanter Klinik Historie. Appartment in sehr guter Lage, wenn man im Parsenngebiet skifahren möchte. Ruhig, zentral mit vollständiger Ausstattung. Blick geht nach Osten bzw. zum Berg.

Covid 19 - to brak Anglików, Holendrów, Niemców, Niewielu Polaków - mała ilość narciarzy na stokach. Minus to 3 dniowe opady śniegu non stop.- zamknięcie stoków Parsen

Alles in allem eine runde Sache.
Das riesig große Gebäude ist leider nicht sehr attraktiv, doch alles, außen wie innen gut gepflegt.
Die Wohnung selbst ansprechend, gepflegt und sehr sauber, dabei ein klein wenig abgelebt, doch alles noch in bestem Rahmen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Konzept weiterempfehlen.
