Gostei do apartamento, prédio tranquilo, bem equipado.
Só faltou um ar condicionado! De resto tudo ótimo, mas como choveu bastante na minha estadia, foi tranquilo até sem o ar condicionado!

Location
The apartament was clean and in good condition. Location is great. Shower and beds were comfortable. Kitchen has all the appliances you need. However, Furniture are old, especially the TV and Couch. Overall, I had a good experience, and recommend it for a short stay. For larger groups it May not have enough space to feel confortable.

Ótimo custo-benefício, perto de supermercado, restaurante e do SIA, que é onde era o evento que estava participando. O apartamento é bem equipado e está em boas condições. O condomínio também tem comodidades como lavanderia (não usei) e academia (me atendeu bem). A região é bem tranquila e silenciosa.
O apartamento tem barulhos estranhos no teto, que devem ser estruturais do prédio, porque fica no último andar. Há um filtro de água, mas estava com sinalização de que precisava trocar o filtro (mas eu utilizei mesmo assim).
