Anreise zum Objekt war problemlos. Das Objekt war mit dem Navi nicht zu finden, nach tel. Kontakt wurden wir durch einen Vertreter der Vermieterin zur Unterkunft gelotst. Die Vermietrin war noch unterwegs, trotzdem konnten wir schon die Unterkunft beziehen. PPwar ca. 30 Meter neben der FeWo. Diese war relativ sauber. Allerdings war Staub auf allen Flächen, die nicht im ersten Moment sichtbar waren (z. B. hinter dem Fernseher auf dem Bord, auf dem dieser stand). Die Dusche wies im Fussbereich Rostflecken und Ansätze leichter Schimmelbildung auf. In der Kaffeemaschine befand sich eine völlig verschimmelte Filtertüte.
Die Küchenzeile war schon etwas betagt, Türen unf Fächer schlossen teilweise nicht richtig. Fernseher hatte nur 4 Sender, keiner deutsch, war aber nicht so wichtig, ich war nicht zum Fernsehen in Kroatien. Grundausstattung an Handtüchern und Bettwäsche war vorhanden, ein Geschirrtuch mehr und Spülmittel wären hilfreich gewesen.
Bad war gefliesst, eine neuer Waschtisch eingebaut. Die Schlafzimmermöbel waren auch neu. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, war auch nötig.
Die Lage war entsprechend der Beschreibung. Nicht ganz zentral, aber trotzdem günstig gelegen, um schnell auf die Küstenautobahn bzw. ins Landesinnere zu kommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 10 min zu Fuß gut erreichbar, enenso zur Stadtmitte. Vermieter wohnten mit im Haus, Verständigung war gut.
Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht auf den Stadtkern und das Meer/ Berge konnte genutzt werden. Gefehlt hat vielleicht eine kleine Starthilfe für Urlauber (Broschüre o. ä.), die erstmalig dort Urlaub machen. Ankündigungen zu Events in der Stadt nur in kroatisch, stellenweise auch englisch.
Die Angaben der Agentur über die Entfernungen zu den einzelnen Locations stimmen, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war in Ordnung, ich musste im Vorfeld einmal Rücksprache halten.
Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub in einer schönen FeWo. Allerdings haben die Mängel bei der Sauberkeit die Gesamtbewertung dementsprechend gedrückt.

Wir hatten zu zweit drei angenehme Übernachtungen in der Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der Wohnung sind zu Fuß es 15 min zum Strand, 10 min zur Festung Senj und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt können wir die Ferienwohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen für einige ruhige Tage im beschaulichen Senj. Danke!
