Τα σημαντικότερα θετικά είναι η αρκετά καλή τοποθεσία και πως το σπίτι έχει 3 ανεξάρτητα υπνοδωμάτια με δυνατότητα ύπνου 6 ατόμων καθώς επίσης και η θέση στάθμευσης σε φυλασσόμενο πάρκινγκ στα 200 μέτρα.
Η αίσθηση που δίνει το σπίτι είναι μέτρια γιατί η διακόσμηση ειναι πολυ φτωχή και τα έπιπλα είναι φθαρμένα. Τα κλιματιστικά στα 2 υπνοδωμάτια έκαναν θόρυβο (στην λειτουργία θέρμανσης). Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα για καλοσωρισμα παρά κάποιες άδειες ζαχαρες από τους προηγούμενους στο ντουλάπι. Θα μπορούσε το ίδιο σπίτι με με λίγο περισσότερο φροντίδα να είναι πολύ πιο ελκυστικό και φυσικά να δικαιολογεί την τιμή του.
