About this apartment rental

This cozy and bright apartment is perfectly located near the coast of Scheveningen. The apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 separate single beds in the living room which also serve as a comfortable couch. The kitchen is fully equipped (with Nespresso machine), the living room is stylish and the bathroom is comfortable to use and has a large shower. With the sea within a few minutes walk and in the supermarket on the corner this is the place to relax!

We stayed for only 2 nights in the apartment - but everything was perfect! In 5-10 Minutes (depends on how fast you walk ;)) you are at the beach. Although we booked very spontanouesly one night before, we had early access to the apartment (because we arrived earlier than 3 pm) which was very nice! Everything was clean. The communication was also always very friendly and fast. All together a perfect little trip at Josephs apartment!

We had two properties cancel on us at the last minute, so this rental was last minute. The owner graciously allowed us to book, and we were SO grateful as we were driving from Hamburg and needed a place to stay. The nespresso coffee machine was lovely as was the washer and dryer. The apartment is old but has undergone some loving renovations. However. . . our first disappointment was the parking. . . There is none! Well, there is, but it’s at a premium and we had to park three streets down and two over. I am handicapped and did not want to drag our luggage several blocks, so we took the things we needed (and could carry) and left our suitcases in the car. Then, the apartment smelled of cigarettes. We opened windows and tried to air things out but the smell persisted. The next disappointment was the location; Third floor without an elevator! The stairwell is dark and the steps are narrow. So glad we did not bring our luggage! Next disappointment was the gulls! They squawked all night long! They also pooped all over the small balcony and chairs making them impossible to use. The noise from the street was bothersome but almost completely disappeared once the windows were closed. Unfortunately, the bedroom windows could not be closed as it was just too warm. There was a fan in the description pictures but not actually on the property. Also, there are NOT two bathrooms as stated. There is one bathroom split between two rooms. Toilet in one room; sink and shower(very slippery!) in another room. The toilet room is so small that it’s almost impossible to close the door and sit on the commode at the same time. Something to think about if you are traveling with friends! All in all, we enjoyed our stay but would have loved not to have to hike up those steep stairs and it would have been nice to have our luggage with us!

We had a great time in Scheveningen. The apartment was very nice, clean and cosy! We enjoyed that it was located so well, only a couple of meters to the beach and a bus stop around the corner that takes you to the centre of Den Haag. Definitely a nice place to stay!

Meine Tochter und ich,haben 4. Tage in Scheweningen und somit auch in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war sauber, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es tatsächlich wie auch angegeben ca. 5 . Minuten zu Fuss und ein paar Gehminuten weiter,befindet sich der Hafen mit einigen Restaurants und Geschäften. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt ca. 3. Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Dort bekommt man alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war toll. Er war sehr nett,hilfsbereit und war auch bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein großartiger Aufenthalt. Lediglich die Parkplatzsituation war ein wenig nervig,da die meisten Parkplätze kostenpflichtig waren. Aber es gibt wohl einige Gehminuten entfernt, kostenlose Parkplätze.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Er hat uns vorab mit den nötigen Informationen versorgt und war auch während des Aufenthalts immer für Fragen erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts und die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Ein toller weitläufiger Strand ist nach wenigen Minuten erreichbar und ein Supermarkt nur 100 m entfernt. Auf hohe Parkkosten muss man sich einstellen und ein Fahrrad ist empfehlenswert. Uns hat es super gefallen und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne kleine Wohnung in der zweiten Etage in der alles vorhanden ist was benötigt wird. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Kaffee. Im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten und ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub in Scheveningen. Die Wohnung war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super! Man ist ein paar Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ist am Ende der Straße, außerdem gibt es in der Nähe kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke für den netten Empfang und die Infos! Die Wohnung liegt gleich hinter den Dünen, 5 Gehminuten zu einem riesigen sauberen Strand, in einem belebten Außenbezirk von Den Haag. Ein Supermarkt ist an der Straßenecke und in der näheren Umgebung bietet die Stadt viele Erkundungsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet und völlig ausreichend wenn man eh nur zum Schlafen dort ist. Sie verfügt über alles, was man braucht, sogar eine Strandtasche und Badetüchern zur freien Verfügung. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Eine schön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit allem was man so benötigt. Ein Supermarkt ist um die Ecke und auch der Strand ist schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und bietet sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Wir haben dort ein Wochenende mit vier Personen verbracht und uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Anzumerken ist noch, dass sich die Wohnung im 1. Stock befindet und über Treppen erreichbar ist.

Sehr schnell ging es zum Strand und ein gut sortierter Supermarkt war direkt um die Ecke! Zum Zentrum (Pier) ist es zwar etwas weiter aber auf dem Weg dorthin geht es durch den schönen Hafen mit tollen Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten! Direkt am Strand gab es auch eine tolle Strandbar!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal für Leute die ruhigen weiten Strand und Dünenlandschaft suchen. Die ÖV Anbindung nach Den Haag ist optimal. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und vollständig eingerichtet. Zwei bequeme Sessel würden den guten Gesamteindruck noch steigern.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und bietet viel Komfort. Das Wohnumfeld war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig. eine intensivere Information über das öffentliche Verkehrssystem (Touristen-Tickets) und die Parkmöglichkeiten für das Kfz wären schön gewesen. Nachdem wir den Strand gefunden hatten, wollte unsere Enkelin dort immer hin.
