Residence "De la Plage". In the resort 800 m from the centre of Cavalaire sur Mer, on a slope, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, south facing position. Public parking 50 m on the road. Shop 300 m, grocery 100 m, supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 100 m, bus stop "place du parc" 450 m, park "Aqualand" 24 km, diving center 800 m. Sports harbour 800 m, sailing school, minigolf 12 km, cycle lane 10 m. Nearby attractions: Azur Park, Paint-ball 12 km, Bowling à Port-Grimaud 13 km, St-Tropez 17 km, Ste-Maxime 24 km. Hiking paths: Sentier du Fenouillet 3 km, Sentier du littoral 7 km, Toulon 60 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cavalaire. Main road close by.

L'appartement est juste au dessus du rond point principal de Cavalaire, le bruit est insupportable, rester sur la terrasse ou à l'intérieure avec les baies vitrées ouvertes est impossible. Il faut rentrer, tout fermer, mettre la clim et de la musique pour avoir l'acceptable. Si vous voulez que vos vacances soient REPOS CALME et TRANQUILLITE, cet appartement n'est pas du tout le lieu approprié... j'ai dû quitter les lieux 3 jours à l'avance tellement cette nuisance me tapait sur les nerfs..!!!

Un appartement très bien placé et équipé, mais la nuisance de la route est un vrai problème, d’autant plus qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur pour dormir la baie vitrée fermée. L’appartement était un vrai four et très bruyant la nuit en conséquence.

sehr laut an der Straße, ständig XXXgeruch im Haus und in der Wohnung !! max. für 2 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder top - kurzer weg zum Strand Innenstadt und Marina gut zu Fuß zu erreichen
