Large, lovely, modern and colorful apartment with fantastic ambience right in the middle of a shopping street.
The apartment is about 150 sq.m.

+ Close to the driverless Metro train --- and everything else.
From this location, you can walk to the Royal Theater, Amalienborg Palace, Nyhavn and Strøget. This location is the entryway to all of Copenhagen. If you want to experience Copenhagen and walk around the city, this is the perfect location.

If you want to relax like a Copenhagener, enjoy a cup of coffee in the old Latin Quarter, locally known as "pisserenden" (Piss Gutter). The Latin Quarter has a number of trendy shops and pleasant cafés such as Robert's Coffee. You can also pay a visit at Tivoli, Copenhagen's amusement park, built in 1843. Tivoli is right in the middle of downtown and is a must for children of all ages. There are also a number of gourmet restaurants in Tivoli, such as Nimb.

Large fantastic apartment in the middle of downtown. You won't find anything much better.
The apartment consists of:
Hall, large combined kitchen / dining room / living room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds on the street side, 1 master bedroom on the side of a very large fantastic back yard that's almost like a park in the middle of the city. 1 guest toilet and 1 combined toilet / bathroom with shower.
The apartment's facilities include:
WiFi, TV med some international channels, a little stereo and a dishwasher.
Washing facilities for clothes in the building (extra costs to be paid on the spot).
The apartment is on the 1st floor in a building without an elevator.
We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Bedroom with 2 single beds: 2 x 80 x 200 cm
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, High chair, Late Arrival.

We were there for three weeks. The location is perfect. The apartment is clean. Have plenty of space. Shopping was very convenient with a grocery almost directly across the street. Restaurants and pubs were easily accessible as was the subway. We would stay there again.

Prisen taget i betragtning virker lejligheden meget nedslidt og mangelfuld. eksempelvis de to senge i det lille soveværelse bør udskiftes snarest. ligesom mange af køkkenredskaberne. Gulvene bør slibes og lakeres . vi fik splinter i fødderne flere gange. at der manglede pærer i diverse lamper, blev udbedret hurtigt af Jan.
Vi elskede dog den centrale beliggenhed og den helt fantastiske gårdhave.
