Welcome to the Dreamlike Holiday Home on Verkö – FOR PIKE ANGLERS INCL. LINDER 460 ARKIP, 50 HP BOAT!!
Right by the water on the beautiful island of Verkö (Karlskrona), our holiday home awaits you – the perfect retreat for nature lovers, families, and anglers. Here, you can enjoy peace and quiet, a breathtaking environment, and direct access to the Baltic Sea. The house accommodates up to four guests and impresses with modern amenities as well as a private wooden terrace overlooking the water.
Built in 2010, this holiday home offers 55 m² of everything you need for a relaxing stay. Large windows let in plenty of light and provide a wonderful view. The living area features a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, perfect for cozy evenings. The dining table seats up to four people and is ideal for shared meals.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and even a blender – perfect for those who enjoy cooking. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and hairdryer, and a washing machine is also available.
The house has two comfortable bedrooms:
– A master bedroom with a double bed
– Another bedroom in the living room with a bunk bed (lower bed: 1.20 m, upper bed: 80 cm)
– Additionally, a crib is available, making the house particularly suitable for families.
The main attraction of this holiday home is undoubtedly its unique location right by the Baltic Sea. From the private wooden terrace, you can enjoy stunning sea views.
Another highlight is the separate sauna with lounge chairs, located on the property. If you would like to use it, just let us know in advance – we’ll take care of it. The exceptionally friendly owners also live on the property and are happy to assist with any questions or requests. Despite the home’s peaceful and idyllic location, Karlskrona is just a short trip away, offering shopping, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
For fishing enthusiasts, the absolute highlight is the included 50 HP Linder 460 Arkip boat, which is moored right by the house at your own private jetty. This provides the perfect starting point for exciting fishing trips. The area just outside your doorstep is a true paradise for pike anglers and can be explored all year round.
Anglers will be thrilled:
– Top pike fishing spots just minutes away
– A well-known bay for excellent pike fishing nearby
– During summer and autumn, perch gather in harbor areas – a paradise for perch anglers
The boat is equipped with the latest technology:
– Garmin Echomap 9” with Navionics sea chart
