About this apartment rental
This exclusive apartment was completed in March 2016 and a high standard. In just 5 minutes walk from the train station you arrive at this upper apartment on the top floor of a 4-family house in a quiet location. The beach is also just 5 minutes. The open living-dining area with a nice round dining table with 4 chairs, a large sofa, an armchair and a desk area with 2 bar stools and access to the approximately 30 m² large sun roof terrace was designed attractive. A comfortable kitchen with refrigerator and built-in freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots, dishes, etc. The large daylight bath is equipped with a sauna, single storey tiled open shower, vanity noble conditioning and toilet. In the bedroom there is a large box spring bed and a nice sliding door wardrobe and a travel cot for babies. A chic podium staircase leads to the floor space. A total of 4 to 6 places are available. Two high-quality TV, a sound bar and wireless internet are standard.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet, auch für Kinder perfekt mit Bett&Kindergeschirr.Leider keine Waschmaschine,aber großes,schönes Bad mit Sauna.Lage gut,5min vom nächsten Supermarkt.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Der Esstisch wackelt sehr stark und die Korbstühle sind unbequem. Ansonsten war alles top

Es war ein gelungener Kurztrip. Die Fewo hat alles was man braucht. Hervorzuheben ist, dass Sie nicht wie eine typische Ferienwohnung eingerichtet ist sondern eher wie das eigene zuhause. Die Sauna ist ein Pluspunkt und natürlich die super Terrasse.
Wir kommen wieder.

Alles in Allem ist dies ein sehr schönes Objekt, wo man sehr gut Urlaub machen kann und dies genießen! Es sind schöne Zimmer und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit beim Bezug des Objektes war sehr oberflächlich. Wir haben nochmal an diversen Stellen nachgeputzt. Desweiteren konnten wir erst 2 Stunden später, als vereinbart ins Objekt, da noch geputzt wurde. Wenn man eine lange Anreise hinter sich hat , ist dies kein guter Start in den Urlaub. Wie gesagt alles Andere top!
