Three bedroom ground floor apt close to Hunter Mountain and Windham Mountain in the Catskills in upstate New York.— sleeps 6 comfortably (1 queen bed, 4 twin beds). Private entrance, living room with wood burning stove, huge picture windows overlooking beautiful Black Dome Mountains, full kitchen with eat in counter, dining room table that sits 8-12 comfortably (for if you have company), Directv, WiFi internet access, heated wood floors in the living area, heated carpeted floors in the bedroom area. Full bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall.
Approx 1800 sq feet, The apartment is fully furnished and includes: dishwasher, TV, DVD player, toaster oven, microwave, wine refrigerator, bar area, Washer/Dryer, barbecue grill, outside fire pit, cast aluminum picnic table with chairs — no smoking inside the apartment - you may smoke outside, pets — will talk; there is a common area which includes another bathroom with a shower stall and an exercise area.

We had a great time at Lorraine's beautiful property. She was a wonderful host and extremely responsive. We would love to spend another weekend there in the near future!

We rented from Dec 2021 - March 2022. The home is very spacious and comfortable. The living room, dining room and kitchen is open concept, along with 3 bedrooms and full bath. Additionally there was an exercise room on the first floor with a separate entrance. The home was well equipped with amenities and Lorraine and Richie were easy to reach and always happy to help if we needed anything. We especially loved the large living room windows which afforded picture perfect views of the sunrises, sunsets and surrounding mountains! The fireplace was also a plus and we enjoyed it frequently on cold winter days since there was plenty of wood stored outside. The property backs up to CD Lane Park with so many hiking/ biking trails. We took advantage of the trails as well as the park itself. The internet and cell service we had inside the home were fine, however it’s a tricky area for cell service outside in general and varies on the access roads, in the trails and the park. It’s within easy access to the towns of Hunter, and Windham and there was always plenty of activities to keep us busy. We would definitely stay here again!

We were up to ski at Hunter and Windham and stayed at Lorraine's place. It was perfect for my family of 4 and our parents. The living room, kitchen and dining area are nice and open. The bathroom is beautiful and even though the 2nd bath is in a "common" area it felt private. The grounds are beautiful, quiet and secluded. Skiing was about 15 min away. Lorraine and Richie were very accommodating. We look forward to going back!
