The living area has vaulted ceilings and huge floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the home, as well as capitalize on the resort views. There’s a wood burning fireplace for capturing the Rocky Mountain vacation experience while cozying up on the comfortable furniture to watch the game or a great movie on the large flat-screen TV.
Just off the living area is the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the gear you need to whip up a nice homemade meal. The attached dining area has room for six at the table and three more at the counter. There’s even a gas grill for barbequing!
Just off the living area is the large deck with patio furniture where you can take in the views over a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Downstairs you’ll find another living area with access to the private hot tub that is situated in a perfect place for views of the mountains.

Prior to check in most contact with the host was AI generated. Loved the location and convenience of public transportation. For the quality of home, the common area furniture was far less than comfortable and in very poor condition ie. plywood under the cushions for support. Maintenance responded very quickly and was very friendly in addressing small issues that arose.

Enjoyed the location and split level, offering separation for 3-families with their kids. We already indicated the couch in the living room was very "tired looking"/uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. We also would recommend larger humidifiers, as the air was very dry. Overall, a very nice stay with great views of the fireworks and mountain decline over New Years Eve.

This house is in a great location and has amazing views, but the house itself is very outdated, grungy, and needs some TLC. Pictures are misleading. We have rented with Summit Mountain Rentals quite a few times in the past and have always had good experiences with the properties until this house. SMR did provide us exceptional customer service, but that won’t make up for the fact that this house needs a total face lift and all the furniture needs renewed.
