This exclusive holiday villa, completed in 2014, is located in the trendy surfing and bathing resort of Vieux Boucau les Bains, on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the extensive "Les Landes". We tried to think of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Living comfort, equipment and the beautiful pool area leave nothing to be desired. The spacious and quiet holiday villa is of modern architecture and stands on a fenced, approx. 1,200 sqm plot with a large lawn, beautiful outdoor seating areas and the highlight of a 10 x 5 m outdoor pool with a beautiful border in wood and flowing transition into the Terrace and lounging area. High-quality stainless steel loungers, side tables, sun protection, lounge area and a second, covered terrace with dining table, chairs, kettle grill (Weber) and sophisticated privacy screen with lighting allow plenty of opportunities to develop outdoors. From breakfast to an evening glass of red wine by the pool, you can relax and unwind here. The outdoor kitchen helps a little. An electric gate closes the entrance area, in addition to plenty of space for parking, there is a garage in which you can also use the car. B. Can accommodate bicycles, surfing and golfing equipment. At the central kitchen block you can have a pleasant breakfast on bar stools or you can choose the open variant and take a seat on the adjacent, covered terrace. On the ground floor there is also a beautiful bedroom with access to the pool area. The room is spacious, with a large built-in cupboard in the entrance area, tiled floor and 1 double bed (1. 80m x 2.00 m). The bedroom has its own large shower room ensuite with an open glass shower cabin with rain shower, double vanity. The toilet with hand basin is separate. On the side of the living room, a beautiful wooden staircase leads to the 1st Floor. Here is an open gallery area with a reading corner, modern couch and a view of the dining area below. There are also 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a tiled floor, wardrobe, pretty curtains, pictures and accessories: each with a double bed (160 cm x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms have access to the balcony at the front and share a lavishly furnished family bathroom in black and white with a bathtub, open, large glass shower cubicle, and a double washbasin.
