The elegant residential complex “Villaggio Perlacea” is a new construction, completed in 2010 and only 150 meters from the beautiful “Quinta Spiaggia” beach in Golfo Aranci.
The location is strategic and is just a few steps from the sea in front of the «Quinta Spiaggia» and 50 meters from the supermarket and bar. Therefore it is possible to spend a holiday in complete relaxation without having to use the car.
The complex is just 18 km from Olbia (port and airport), 10 km from Porto Rotondo and 18 km from the Costa Smeralda.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, lounge with sofa bed, equipped kitchen with also dishwasher, large terrace with view over the bay, and a private parking. The property also has air conditioning and free wi.fi.
The terrace is really large and comfortable (80 sq meters) and it has a table with chairs, outdoor deckchairs and barbecue. The apartment can accommodate up to 5/6 people (including children).
Small pets are allowed.

Bei der Übernahme enttäuschten die zusätzlichen Kosten für die Kurtaxe, die im Angebot sowie im Auftrag nicht erwähnt wurde.
Die Ausstattung ist für 4 Personen nicht ausreichend. Der Geschirrspüler war somit nicht notwendig.
Positiv ist folgendes zu benennen: Der Support der Agentur, die Sauberkeit, die Wohnung mit der großen Terrasse mit Meerblick, sowie das Umfeld mit dem nahen Supermarkt und Bistro.

Wir haben tolle 8 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Das Beste daran ist natürlich diese wirklich riesige Terrasse mit Sonne und Schatten Plätzen. Nur der Grill war etwas veraltet und abgenutzt, sodass wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten. Die Lage gefiel uns sehr gut, allerdings ist ein Auto von Vorteil! Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke! Bar mit Wifi ebenso - im Haus kein Wifi vorhanden und keinerlei nicht italienische TV Programme. Hätten gerne Sport /Tennis in Paris gesehen, nicht möglich. Das eine Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein,. aber ausreichend zum übernachten. Beide Bäder super sauber, allerdings auch klein. Es wäre schön, wenn so Kleinigkeiten wie Öl, Salz, Pfeffer vorhanden wären, dann müßte man diese nicht für einige Tage neu kaufen - wir haben unsere einfach stehen lassen. Auch Spülmaschinen Tabs (2), Putztücher etc. etwas spärlich, aber wir konnten ja waschen. Die Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt und wir durften sogar bis 17 Uhr in der Wohnung bleiben bei Abreise!! Also insgesamt können wir die Anlage nur empfehlen, wobei die Wohnungen wie diese in der 1. Etage natürlich den viel schöneren Blick haben!! Wir kommen gerne zurück, wenn wir nochmal nach Sardinien fliegen.

Eine schöne Appartementanlage, eine gute Ausstattung und eine große Terasse, die einen einmaligen Blick auf Golfo Aranci geboten hat! Leider lief der Kühlschrank aus und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Es mussten zweimal Installateure kommen.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Good sized bedrooms and bathroom, but the best aspect was the wonderfully spacious terrace overlooking the beach and sea. It's a few minutes walk to the beach, and no more than 2 minutes walk to the supermarket and nearest bar, so very conveniently located. The walk into Golfo Aranci is 10-15 minutes where you can find more bars and restaurants.
We had a few minor niggles with the apartment, mainly the air conditioning in the main bedroom didn't seem to be working properly, but all of our issues were quickly and efficiently resolved by Chiara and Elisabetta from the agency. They were very helpful and responsive to all of our questions and requests.
I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, and we would definitely consider returning.
