The holiday home, built in 2012, is a terraced house and modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: garden furniture. Barbecue facilities (private outdoor fireplace). Insect screens.

Ground floor: Living room with 1 single bed, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. Kitchenette in the living room with dinette, TV, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood and refrigerator. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom not heatable and with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine.
Location
Rosolina Mare. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, flowers, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved).

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

War alles super, nahe am Strand Wetter hat gepasst. Bräuchten mal wieder neue Klobürsten und eventuell neu Töpfe. Sonst war alles prima.

Ein sehr hilfsbereiter Service durch die Agentur vor Ort. Wenn Hilfe benötigt wurde, war stets jemand zur Verfügung. Das Haus an sich war sauber, gepflegt und die Möbel sehr neuwertig, gibt es nichts zu meckern.
Leider unser Vormieter nicht, dieser hat uns zur Begrüßung sein schmutziges Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe gelassen, Schade.
