Loved it all but I think some people might struggle with the access to the top room and the bunk beds were child-sized, which we didn’t expect

Pleasant

Great location in Nefyn, we always managed to find parking outside on the street. The house has been nicely done up. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable.

It was a little noisy on bin day and when traffic built up outside. The tiles on the bathroom floor were badly cracked. The bunk room is tiny and the twin bedroom is only accessible for someone of medium height and extremely good mobility. The Velux windows can't be left open when raining. With only one bathroom and 2 poky bedrooms, it wasn't really appropriate for a stay with colleagues, but there was very little availability so we managed.

excellent location, lovely, cozy home with everything you need for a little getaway :)

modern conveniences, cozy and cute! loved all the fancy kitchen units and enjoyed lots of ports for charging this and even an iPhone charger cord by the bed! so perfect! rooms were all cozy. kids loved the bunk bed room and the sofa was big enough for everyone to share and so comfy!

we could have used another roll of loo roll and a dish towel or two extra. some tiles were broken on the floor in the bathroom that felt a bit unsafe. There was also no hand soap at the kitchen sink. This would have been helpful :)

lovely short break in beautiful Nefyn. Great little holiday spot for small families.

Great location, lovely little cottage, very clean and (almost!) everything you could need in a holiday cottage with lovely thoughtful touches like USB charging points, I phone chargers etc.

It would be great to add a cafetière to the very well equipped kitchen as not everyone is a fan of the coffee pod coffee machine. We also struggled to get beach stuff dry as the weather was very mixed, so a retractable washing line over the bath would also be really helpful.

Excellent stay

Ty Isa is in a great location, being just ten minutes from the beautiful and quiet Nefyn beach. The house is well kept, and the owners have provided everything you may need. They have gone the extra mile and added excellent WiFi / USB charging plugs and an Alexa in every room. The kitchen has high-quality electrical items, we loved using the coffee machine!! The back of the house has a great view of the hillsides above Nefyn and the bedrooms are all spotlessly kept and comfy. The lounge has a cosy log burner and a massive TV. We found the sofa was not so comfy for 4 adults, but to be fair it's a small space to try and furnish. We would totally recommend booking this property, the owners were very accommodating, provided all the info we needed and answered our emails very quickly. A great base to explore Lyn Peninsula from!

had such an amazing time away in this beautiful holiday home.

very clean. amazing views from the back garden. close to local shop only a 2 second walk. the beach was amazing and glad we had the sunshine during our stay. the coffee machine was an added bonus that came with pods. would defo recommend to family and friends to stay here if visiting Wales much love from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Very good

The house while small is very well appointed with quality kitchen. it’s situated centrally in the town which is great for the few bars and restaurants in Nefyn. The owners were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking is a little tight and you may not be able to park directly outside but will find parking close by if not. We were playing golf at the magnificent local course so we’re perfectly located to get to the course quickly. The weather was absolutely glorious so we cannot fault anything. We would thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

This property is AMAZING. The facilities are fabulous quality, lovely coffee machine, comfortable double bed, the fire is beautiful. We could not fault it! Small but perfectly formed.

great little cottage

great location, all modern appliances. everything you need in self catering accommodation.

Wasn’t over keen on the memory foam mattress and hard pillows. Just different to what I’m used to at home and in other places. Slept well enough tho.

Lovely little place to stay

Lovely little end of terrace cottage. Ideal for 2 , probably ok for 4. Well presented, comfortable. Nice outdoor sitting area. Good location for easy walk to the shop, and places to eat ,as well as the coast path.

It minor comments really. Lounge needs a small coffee table. Boiler didn't work for all of our stay so no on tap hot water...no baths for us

Simple to use key safe. Great kitchen with nice extra touches. Lovely shower. Alexa in most rooms. Very comfortable beds. Loved the games and the garden seating.

Great place

A comfortable house, a great patio and back garden area. The beds are comfy. The coffee machine is a great addition, and we loved the help of Alexa! The nearest corner shop is only 100m away.

On-road parking was tight (but never impossible) Can't think of anything else.

It was an excellent short break and hopefully we'll return to the area.

The area was perfect for walking and being by the coast. The brewery and the cafe at Nant Gwrtheyrn were a bonus. The house was comfortable and very well equipped, including a great chef's knife.

We missed a coffee table in the lounge for drinks.

we loved the cottage, thought it was really homely. everything you need for a weeks stay, comfortable bed, washing machine and various other things. gorgeous views at the back of the house. cannot fault it really, we’ve already booked another stay at Ty isa next year! 😊

Parking was a pain we had to park right at the bottom of the street when we arrived so we had to do several trips to the car for our things. wasn’t until the day we left we could actually park outside. also next door are renovating the house so really loud drilling and banging from 8am onwards, in fairness he did come out and apologise for the noise and thankfully it was our last morning otherwise we wouldn’t of been happy with the level of building work noise so something to bare in mind.

Parking can be tricky so loading/ unloading on arrival and leaving was a bit of a pain.

Very quaint cottage close to the town and facilities but a good walk from the beach, beautifully decorated and the host was very helpful and friendly. Still a lovely stay and highly recommend!

I can’t say the same for the cleaner who arrived an hour early with a very rude and abrupt you shouldn’t be here! Who checks out at 9am?

Brilliant

Excellent location, all beaches are easily accessible, 20-30 mins drive. Property had all the mod cons and more and was very comfortable. Brilliant terrace for evening drinks, lovely garden with sunloungers and BBQ. Excellent facilities suitable for groups of friends and families

Parking was a little bit difficult but it didnt spoil our stay.
