Die Lage auf der Halbinsel war wirklich sehr schön, fussläufig Möglichkeiten morgens Brot zu kaufen und schnell am Strand zu sein. Die Anlage war sehr schön, der Pool sauber und sehr einladend. Morgens war der Balkon sonnig, so dass man gemütlich frühstücken konnte. Der Hausmeister ist sehr nett.
Die Wohnung selbst ist zwar voll ausgestattet (Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine ect.) jedoch ist alles sehr abgenutzt und wirkt nicht einladend. Wirklich katastrophal empfanden wir die Dusche mit schwarzen Schimmel sowie Schimmel im Schlafzimmer hinter den Gardinen. Bei dem Preis sollte eine gepflegte Unterkunft vorzufinden sein, das setzen wir voraus.
