La casa y el jardín requieren mejoras. Algunas ventanas no cierran bien. Sería bueno que hubiera mosquiteras para mantner abiertas las ventanas por el calor. El seto del jardín requiere sustitución y algunis arboles, la.poda de ramas secas

Amplitud de la estancia
Finca exterior prácticamente abandonada. Mobiliario roto o antiguo. Mala limpieza exterior (nos encontramos la entrada sin barrer y sucio). Interiores amplios pero no admitían encender chimenea. Todo es decoración, no funcionaban ni equipo de música, ni radios. Wifi sin señal Situación de vivienda al lado de carretera principal, muy ruidosa y poco acondicionada el exterior.
