CUBE23: Luxury holiday home with fitness and wellness floor, roof terrace & sea view

Over 200 m² you can expect a house that can be used 365 days a year for up to 6 people. The designer holiday home "CUBE23" is located on the semi-island of the holiday area, which extends into the Baltic Sea and has an extremely exposed location directly on the open sea. In a storm, the spray beats against the windows and in the sun you are wonderfully lonely right on the nature reserve.
The Baltic Sea side consists on all 3 floors completely of large and floor to ceiling windows and the front balconies have glass borders, so that an unobstructed view of the sea is possible from anywhere. The southwest side consists almost entirely of window area, so that the entire house is flooded with light.

On the ground floor are the 3 bedrooms, of which the master bedroom with integrated bathroom goes directly to the Baltic Sea and has a large terrace except for the stones. In addition, there are 2 more bedrooms sharing a bathroom and the approximately 25 m² south facing terrace. All bedrooms have 40-inch wall-mounted smart TVs.

In the 1. OG, from which the view of the Baltic Sea is even better, is a 75 m² living room with dining room, integrated kitchen and a fireplace, which is visible only from the ceiling hanging from all sides.

Whether cooking on the island or while eating, the view of the open sea and the mouth of the mouth is always a pleasure. And if the entertainment needs then win, the 65-inch Smart TV, the Bluetooth-controllable Sonos system or the WLAN for remedy.

The floor is made of sanded screed and fits perfectly with the exposed concrete balconies.

In the penthouse there is a 37 m² large fitness room with various fitness equipment, sauna loungers, a sauna and large shower (rain shower, waterfall shower and Kneipp hose and heated bench). The sauna has a window front of 2 x 1.50 m, so that you can look at the sea while sweating.

From the 44 m², semi-covered and sheltered roof terrace, the view to the south to the km-long sandy beach and the harbor is incredibly beautiful. Due to the height and orientation of the roof terrace you are absolutely private. The covered part provides shade in midsummer and still offers the opportunity to be outside in inclement weather. And if it gets a little cooler, the open fireplace and the radiant heater above the lounge corner can help. In sunshine, of course, unrestricted sunbathing is possible.

In addition to the 200 m² interior, the house has, in addition to the ground floor terraces (25 and 35 m²) on both sides 3 balconies (10, 12 and 18 m²) and a roof terrace of 44 m².

The house has 2 parking spaces and is unfortunately not suitable for families with small children due to its open architecture.

The holiday home Cube23 is part of the northern, exclusive Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz. Please note that there may be some construction work in the area. We are happy to inform you about the current status. However, we have no information as to when future work will be carried out.
