About this house rental
The house is particularly suitable for families or groups of friends up to 10 adults. There are 2 four-bed and 1 two-bed rooms available. In a four-bed room there is an additional cot. The bedrooms are fully equipped with bed linen and woolen blankets. Two bathrooms (towels are provided) with shower are available. So you don't need to bring towels or bedding. A washing machine is also available. A large living room offers space for all guests to relax after the hikes, climbing tours or ski trips. Heating is available for somewhat cooler seasons. There is also the option of heating a wood stove for cozy hours. Sufficient wood is ready. Satellite television, CD player with radio, books, board games are available. The dining room offers enough space. A full kitchen is right next to the dining room.
Adršpacher rock walls for climbing: The Adršpacher and Teplice rock towns are very popular with climbers. There are rocks suitable for almost every type, whether beginners or advanced. The Way of the Cross in Adršpach also offers very beautiful rocks for climbing. The Broumover walls are also very well known and popular with climbers. It is about a 10-minute walk from our holiday home to the first rocks in Janovice, which are adjacent to the Adršpach rocks. We also recommend booking a tour of the rocks. These are of course also available in German.
Museums, monasteries, castles and the like: The region also offers a lot to see and learn, culturally. B. the local museum in Broumov, the monastery in Broumov, the castle in Nachod or the Kuks castle, the zoo and the safari park in Dvur Králové and much more.
Entertainment and other sports: There is a go-kart track in the immediate vicinity for other entertainment. There are also some beautiful outdoor pools for swimmers near our holiday home. Are you a tennis player? Then there are also well-maintained tennis courts nearby. The region naturally invites to extensive hiking or cycling tours. Or just relax in the hammock or hanging chair in the garden and read a good book. In winter you have the opportunity to ice skate on natural ice on the 'Sandsee' in Adršpach.

Wow, wir waren wirklich überwältigt vom Haus... Sehr zu empfehlen!!
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der unglaublich tolle Kontakt mit den Vermietern!!! Sie waren Top erreichbar, ob per SMS oder E-Mail, haben immer sofort geantwortet und waren absolut bemüht, dass alles unkompliziert war! Vielen Dank an die Familie Gerngroß für den tollen Aufenthalt!!

Sehr freundliche Ansprechpartnern vor Ort. Auch das Vermieterpaar ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell auf alle Fragen.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, um mit Kind und Kegel Urlaub zu machen. Wir haben eine schöne erholsame Woche verbracht und können das Haus weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben in diesem schön restaurierten Ferienhaus mit zwei Familien (10 Personen) eine sehr erholsame Herbstwoche verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Auch ein Kinderhochstuhl und ein Kinderbett sind vorhanden. Unsere Kinder haben die Freiheit und den Spielplatz am Haus genossen. Den Kaminofen in der Stube fanden wir sehr gemütlich. Auch eine Lagerfeuerstelle ist vorhanden und lädt zu gemeinsamen Abenden ein.
Das Haus ist ideal gelegen für Natur- und Wanderfreunde. Die Wanderwege beginnen direkt am Haus, und die nahe Kleinbahn bietet eine preiswerte und bequeme Möglichkeit zur Rückfahrt. Im nahen Dorfladen gibt es alles, was man täglich brauchen kann und die Verkäuferin spricht sogar deutsch. Wir danken für die schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel 2013/2014 in diesem Haus verbracht. Durch das viele Holz, dem Kamin, die schönen Möbel und die Geräumigkeit fällt es einem sehr leicht, sich hier wohl zu fühlen. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell zu Restaurants bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Umgebung ist sehr malerisch und eindrucksvoll. Das Wandern in die Felsenstadt hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Kurzum kann ich das Haus jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe sucht, sich an schöner Natur erfreut und ein liebevoll eingerichtetes rustikales Haus sucht.
