The house is 3km away of the Smolen castle. Beautiful, rustic country house "Jura dla Ciebie", built in 1921, renovated in 2002, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. In the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 500 m from the skiing area. For shared use: property 5'000 m2, meadow 2'000 m2, orchard, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (swing, sandbox). Private: terrace (10 m2). In the house: laundry (for shared use, extra), heating to be paid on the spot. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. House maid on request (extra). Parking at the house.
