HISTORIC PARROT COVE NEIGHBORHOOD!
After a day of fun in the sun at the beach which is a delightful scenic walk over the Intracoastal bridge or enjoying downtown dining theatre art galleries shops and bars only 1 and a half blocks away or a game of golf 6 blocks away, you’ll walk through the white picket fence gate down the side garden path to your backyard sundeck and your own private entrance of French doors to your 4 room attached cottage boasting original hardwood floors throughout. Living/Dining room, full farmhouse style kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bath.
Your light and airy space offers a shabby chic slip covered sofa, smart tv( Netflix ROKU) in the living room and in the bedroom with antenna and 600 Mbps WIFI Xfinity internet, bistro dinette set, full kitchen w oven stove refrigerator toaster and coffeemaker for K cups or ground coffee, welcome basket, walk thru closet, bath equipped with sunflower showerhead, storage, lavender liquid soap lavender body wash lavender shampoo, blow dryer, garment steamer plush lavender towels and many lavender themed amenities.
A queen size plush memory foam mattress, TV, ceiling fan and shabby chic dresser adorn the bedroom. There are 2 ac units one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

Your cottage also offers a water softener which is so healthy for your skin!
Your outdoor garden bistro set with market umbrella on your deck gives you additional space to dine or relax with your morning coffee and continental style breakfast including lavender tea, coffee, fresh fruit and lavender macarons when available your first morning. Netflix and Roku on your smart tv in the living room the bedroom smart tv is wo Roku with 600 Mbps WIFI Xfinity internet.
Lavender House is located in the historical district of Parrot Cove in Downtown Lake Worth a small seaside town adorned with unique historical cottages, public golf course, weekly seasonal farmers market, bars restaurants a playhouse with live performances, antique malls coffee houses, events, parades and more all just a few blocks away! Even a dollar store for quick necessities a block and a half away. I reside in the main house and am happy to make recommendations or offer any assistance you may require.
Free street parking and a rear on premises parking lot
Antique rose garden recently planted and viewable from your outdoor deck.
If you’re traveling with another couple we also have a deluxe spacious studio on the premises as well!
The airport is 10 minutes away as is Citiplace and the chic downtown Palm Beach. Minutes from Delray Beach and Boca Raton.

Host was very committed to guest’s comfort, communication excellent. Property is in a good neighborhood and within walking distance of restaurants, parks, and shops. Hot water, kitchen fully equipped for cooking. An easy stay.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed this delightful lavender themed home. The woman we rented from was very hospitable and welcoming. It was in walking distance to the beach and downtown-so it worked for us even though we didn’t have a vehicle. We would highly recommend this home for future Florida vacationers!

It was relaxing and close to the intercoastal. The home was clean and well maintained.
The owner was there for my every need. I will definitely go back in the near future.
My only regret was the weather, I wanted to walk over the bridge to the beach...next time!

After a year of covid and a super cold February in the north, I decided to take a month of self love and self care. The lavender cottage was my perfect home away from home. I decided not to rent a car due to the beach being exactly 8/10 of a mile walk. The grocery was a 4 block walk, restaurants, salon and spa just a short walk. The cottage is quaint and has all the comforts of home. The hostess is the best. Extremely accommodating and great conversations. This was my 2nd time at the lavender house and will definitely not be my last.
