The stone house corresponds to the typical Marche construction, partly over 400 years old and 1992 to the cross vaults in the fireplace room, was completely rebuilt using old building materials. The house has a modern gas condensing boiler with solar hot water supply. In addition, there is a built-in stove in the first floor and is therefore habitable all year round. The bedrooms are air conditioned.
Plot 4000 sqm, with fruit and olive trees, fully fenced, absollute detached, garden furniture, outdoor gas grill, beach chairs, parking, terraces
Sports / leisure facilities: swimming, climbing, cycling, golf, mountain biking, horseback riding, sailing, tennis, walking.
The golf course is new, about 15 km away and is still expanding.

Airport: Pescara and Ancona each 85 km
Train: Grottammare 8 km
Motorway exit: 3 km Grottammare
Beach: Adria 8 km, beach chairs and small. Parasols available
All conveniences such as supermarket, bakery, butcher, fish shop, Pasta Shop, etc. are just minutes away. Likewise, some of the best wineries of the brands. We are happy to help.

This charming house, which is very secluded, offers plenty of peace and quiet, a large garden with fruit-bearing trees, and is accessible from the public road via a gravel path that is 1 km long and manageable with a bit of a sense of adventure. The house itself has everything you need, beautifully furnished, a well-equipped kitchen, complete with tableware, coffee machine, and so on. The description mentions 2 bedrooms, but there are actually 3—2 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed that can be extended into a double bed. Additionally, the house offers good bathrooms and toilets, lovely verandas with garden furniture and sunbeds, and opportunities to enjoy the sun, all within less than 15 minutes from the beach. We enjoyed two wonderful weeks appreciating everything this house has to offer. Last but not least, the support from the owners, Rainer and Helena, is fantastic.

Schönes großzügiges Haus mit noch großzügigerem Garten. Sehr viel grün mit schönen Olivenbäumen. Das ganze Grundstück ist eingezäunt und außerhalb kann man in der Nacht auch auf Wildschweine treffen. Eidechsen und Gekos unterstützen den Kampf gegen lästige Insekten. Küche ist gut eingerichtet mit einem großen Kühlschrank. Der Weg zum Haus ist eine Schotterstraße die durch Olivenhaine führt (für Sportwagen und tiefergelegte PW’s nicht geeignet). In ca. 15min. ist man am Strand in Grottammare mit Eisdielen und Restaurants. Genügend freie Strände sind vorhanden. Besuch von Ascoli Piceno und Ripatransone ist ein muss. Auch der Wochenmarkt in S. Benedetto del Tronto ist ein Besuch Wert.
Sehr sympathische Besitzer und unkomplizierte Kommunikation über E-mail, Whatsapp oder Telefono. Die Marken werden wir sicher nicht das letzte besucht haben.

So eine Vermieter – Familie und ein Miet- Objekt würde ich mir bei jedem Urlaub wünschen!!!
Sehr detailreiche, alles umfassende Unterlagen im Vorfeld – genaue Wegbeschreibung - Beschreibung aller Details im Innen – und Außenbereich. Ständige Erreichbarkeit des Gastgebers mit sehr netter und verbindlicher Kommunikation, eine perfekte Ausstattung des Anwesens, wo es an nichts mangelt, Fliegen-Gitter an den wichtigsten Fenstern, vielfältiges Geschirr und Küchenutensilien (Anmerkung: die beiden großen Holzliegen im Garten könnten in der Auflage etwas bequemer sein) - herrlicher Blick über das Tal und aufs Meer von dem Hochsitz aus - Die 800 m lange Anfahrt auf dem Kiesweg von der Straße aus ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber für jedes Durchschnitts-Auto zu meistern - kurz
um, wir haben uns hier sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub – vielen Dank den Gastgebern!!!

Rundum ein Traumhaus in Traumlage mit einer Anfahrt, die es braucht will man so das Leben leben und absolut fahrtechnisch machbar.
Ein Haus mit Liebe her-und eingerichtet. Tolle Dusche, tolle Betten , Küche hat alles was man braucht und eine Ruhe, die einen glücklich erfüllt. Vermieter immer telefonisch zur Hilfe gibt es was.Umgebung und Meer und Städte ein Traum. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
