The holiday home, renovated in 2020, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also due to its sunny hillside location. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. In summer: guided fishing tour or boat trip with the landlord possible by arrangement on site, for a fee. Below, ancillary costs refer to consumption of gas and electricity.

On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance leads directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom 28 sqm and with 1 double bed, dinette, TV, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 3 persons. Bedroom 7 sqm and with 1 single bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 3 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
