Experience relaxing holiday days in our cosy holiday apartment on the sunny Adriatic island of Rab, in the popular seaside resort of Lopar. The 70 m² apartment offers space for 4 persons (plus an additional bed) and convinces with two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped living kitchen and a modern bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering, including a refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker with oven, kettle and filter coffee machine.
Enjoy the warm Mediterranean breeze on your 10 m² terrace overlooking the greenery, accessible via the kitchen. The apartment features air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay well-connected and comfortable during your stay. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are included, allowing you to start your holiday right away.
The holiday home itself is located quietly in a pure residential area, surrounded by plenty of greenery and yet only about 700 m from the famous 1.5 km long sandy beach "Paradise Beach". A beautiful garden area with lawn, barbecue facilities and dining area is available to all guests - ideal for children to play or for cosy evenings outdoors. Two parking spaces directly at the house make arrival uncomplicated. Pets can be brought along by arrangement.
In the area around Lopar, you can expect a variety of leisure activities: swimming, snorkelling and diving at the beach, boat and bicycle rental, mini golf, beach volleyball, sports fields, kayak or canoe tours as well as excursions to sights or wine tastings. Restaurants, supermarkets and a children's playground are just a few minutes' walk away, and the town centre can be reached in about 400 m.
The friendly landlords live in the house and are available to you at any time for questions. German, Slovenian and Croatian are spoken, so you can communicate well. The apartment is ideally suited for families, couples, groups or anyone who wants to enjoy an active beach and recreational holiday in a quiet, green environment.
