Staff were exceptional - proactive to help when, for example, a tour guide was running late.
The price was very reasonable considering that Victoria Falls is a very expensive place to stay. I really liked the African inspired decor and approach to sustainability.
My family felt it was less luxurious than other similarly priced places they had stayed in cheaper destinations!

The staff were very friendly and helped us to book taxis to the airport.
The facilities and amenities were very basic for the price that you pay.

Well built, good facilities, bed and shower
Staff were not very nice or helpful. I booked a transfer 4 months before my stay, only to find out at arrival that they hadn’t booked it, had adjusted prices and wanted to charge me double. They ended up solving it, but not without stress from my side. Also the night before my stay, I got in touch with them to arrange a helicopter flight. The morning staff were supposed to book it early, so that it would be ready on my arrival. None of that was done until I arrived. Breakfast was poor in my opinion.
