Very comfortable and spacious room, friendly staff and the food was excellent. Dinner in particular was excellent, actually exceeded our expections.

The staff are outstanding at Phezulu- so helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The room was comfortable and quiet.
Location is only a few minutes taxi ride from town and falls and only costs a few dollars.

Well built, good facilities, bed and shower
Staff were not very nice or helpful. I booked a transfer 4 months before my stay, only to find out at arrival that they hadn’t booked it, had adjusted prices and wanted to charge me double. They ended up solving it, but not without stress from my side. Also the night before my stay, I got in touch with them to arrange a helicopter flight. The morning staff were supposed to book it early, so that it would be ready on my arrival. None of that was done until I arrived. Breakfast was poor in my opinion.
