About this house rental
House Eagle is located near Lake Denise, a lake in the north of Lehigh Acres. Remote control garage. The house is on 4000m2 of land with 200 m2 of living space and pool. The pool can be heated with a heat pump. In Winter some nights could be cold and even frosty, during that cold snap the pool will not reach plesant temperatures despite heating.. The recently fully renovated house is equipped with UHD TV, HiFi, answering machine, alarm system, remote controlled garage door and wireless internet (Wi-Fi). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and 2 sinks. The sunny pool deck with sun loungers, dining table and private grill convinces with privacy and a pleasant location. The new large kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, waste shredder and large fridge with Ic dispenser invites you to self-catering. The location far away from the main road brings peace, but House 'Eagle' is easy to reach and surrounded by nice, but not visible neighborhood.
Climate: Winter and summer temperatures are pleasant here in Lehigh Acres, and the pool is inviting on most winter days because of the solar heating. Due to the location, summer months at a safe distance from the windy coast region are a guarantee for relaxing holidays.

We sanitize with latest technology germicidal UV-C equipment.

We stayed here in January and can't wait to come back. Everything about our stay was outstanding:
The host, Harald, was very attentive and not only addressed minor issues immediately, but went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This house is located on a quiet street and has great privacy, on a large lot surrounded by trees, and more trees, all around. The screened "lanai" - apparently common in this part of Florida - seemed like an inconvenience we'd have to put up with before we came. Now, we can't imagine how any tropical home can do without one. This is a great feature: You have all the benefits of an outdoor area, minus the unwelcome visitors. The pool is beautiful, well-maintained and clean. The outdoor area comes with quality furniture and a high-end grill.
The house is very well-equipped, with an amazing kitchen, multiple sources of ambient lighting, electric recliner sofas, washer / dryer, a video entertainment system, a great garage, and more. The Internet was a bit slow at the beginning but Harald installed a new, high-speed connection for us - perfect for our "workation".
Make sure to try the incredible Cuban espresso from Havana Cuban Bakery, less than five minutes away.
Overall, this is amazing value for money. I can't recommend this home enough.
