Welcome to this stunning three-story 3,500 square foot modern residence in the heart of Midtown, offering unparalleled views in an amazing location. We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and spotless home in Atlanta. It comfortably accommodated our group of seven adults and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants, Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park, and the Botanical Gardens. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to explore the best of Atlanta!

I booked this property for a Georgia Tech graduation weekend with 3 generations of family. The property has a wonderfully large dining table & good size kitchen for all of us to gather. There was ample parking for our several vehicles and we loved that it was walking distance to Trader Joe's, the Beltline, & Piedmont Park. I wish I had realized the house is essentially spread across 4 levels (including basement parking & the upper loft). This was difficult for the three 80 year old grandparents who accompanied us. The stairs seem steeper than normal. The bedrooms & bathrooms are all modern & comfortable. The kitchen was lovely and included the basics as far as cook ware. There are a couple of nice porch balconies (although we did not have the opportunity to use them due to our schedule & rainy weather). The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had.

The house was great with excellent off street parking. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc. Location was excellent, an easy walk to piedmont park even with a toddler.

The owners, Aaron and Amy were exceptionally helpful. The house is spacious but the configuration of the rooms is strange. Downstairs is a living room with 2 Murphy beds and a sleeper sofa in the kitchen area. There is a full bath on that floor. The second level has 2 bedrooms and they share a bath in the hallway. We couldn’t find the other two bedrooms. We communicated with Aaron and his wife, Amy.
The master was behind two hidden doors on the second level. The bedroom was very spacious as was the bathroom. The ac did not work well in either of those rooms. There was a ceiling fan and a floor fan. I told Aaron and he said he would look into it. The fourth bedroom was on the third floor. There was a bathroom with only a toilet and sink……not to practical to have to go downstairs to shower.
The house was filthy and the dishwasher was FULL of dirty dishes. There was urine on the floor next to the toilet on the second floor. Aaron did offer to clean it. He said their regular house keepers had a family emergency and sent someone else. There were crumbs on the carpets and the floor. Our granddaughter vacuumed the floors. The kitchen counters were filthy but just looking you could not tell because of the pattern of the granite. The bottom rack of the dishwasher was broken.
As I said earlier, Aaron and Amy were very helpful but the house needs a lot of TLC
