Cozy Waterfront Cottage 5, All Guests have complimentary use of many kayaks, paddle boards and canoes to explore the Peconic Bay, including Free Beach Pass to 5 Local Town Beaches. Separate cottage one story with screened in porch surrounded by green grass and well manicured. Parking by the cottage. 365 feet of waterfront. Garden is towards the rear of the cottage near separate laundry room, outdoor shower and community propane barbecue. Each cottage has a personal charcoal barbecue.

Located on the Northfork of Long Island NY in Wine Country, Fine Dining, Unique Local Shops, Tanger Outlets and Every Day Town Life Shops. Vibrant small and old town feel with many local shops, farm stands to go to, 40 plus wineries to take tours, activities and especially taste the wine, all a few minutes away by car.

This cottage was everything we could have ever wanted! It was cozy and charming, located on a peaceful stretch of water with lots of privacy and all the comforts of home. John and Sandy were incredibly friendly and helpful - we can't wait to go back when we can spend more time!!

J & S Cottages was the perfect place to celebrate my Dad's 80th Birthday. It's a place to relax, enjoy the absolutley beatiful grounds and take a nap on one of the hammocks. The cottage was perfect! I'll have great mermories having my first cup of coffee on the front porch over looking the beautiful grounds and water. My six year old girl will have great memories having dinner in the backyard at the picnic table and having a clam bake . My husband loved taking his shower in the outdoor shower.. And my Dad couldn't believe how the pictures in the web sight came to life. John and Sandy have a place that is a little piece of heaven
