About this bed and breakfast
Complete your stay with a magnificent view of the Mississippi River from this private guesthouse sitting high on the bluff. It is located only 1.2 miles from downtown, historic Hannibal where there are restaurants and shops, visitor attractions and parks.
2020 RENOVATIONS include removal of old wallpaper and popcorn ceilings and new paint in living room, kitchen and bathroom which fives the house a much fresher look. The guesthouse has been newly decorated.
870 square feet all to yourself! The bedroom has a NEW king bed and an oscillating fan on the dresser. There is also a queen bed in the living area. A privacy curtain is in place which can provide some separation from the living room. There are stairs leading to the entrance of this house from the parking area. There is a sizable deck with patio table and chairs. There is also a bench for sitting on to watch the barges and river boats go by. There are two lounge chairs on the deck also. A propane gas grill is available for outdoor grilling.
The guest house is separate from the owner’s house and there is no access to the garage area below the guest house.

This property was everything I had read about and more! Carol and Ted have anabsolutely wonderful house. My friend and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer three days. We wish we would’ve booked for longer. We don’t wanna go home. I wanna live here forever the property and the house were absolutely gorgeous and Carol thought of absolutely everything will be back soon. Also, I got recommended to a wonderful restaurant in Palmera. It was Chad Hearth’s we went there our last night here and the food was amazing. Thank you so much for everything. The little touches were the best.

Rocky Top is wonderful! The view is beautiful and the deck is perfect to enjoy it. The house was immaculately clean with lots of amenities that make guests feel at home and well-cared for. Communication with the host was very easy and thorough. Rocky Top will go on our list of favorite places to stay!
