In the middle of a varied cultural landscape is the place Wartenburg, which is rich in history (Battle of Wartenburg) and is located directly on the Elbe bike path.

Your holiday home is located in the former residential building of a farm, in which a rope factory was operated as a sideline. The rooms are spacious and modern and were last renovated in 2017. The house offers about 80 m² space for 4 people and consists of 2 bedrooms (double bed), kitchen, bathroom (shower, toilet), living room, dining room, winter garden and terrace.

Das Ferienhäuschen war geräumig und sauber, ein wunderbarer Ort, um sich im Urlaub wohl zu fühlen. Das Erdgeschoß war auch bei der großen Hitze schön kühl, was wohl an den Lehmwänden des historischen Häuschen liegt. Die Vermieter sind nett und zuvorkommend. Im Garten entsteht gerade eine überdachte Terrasse. Es war wirklich reizend, wie sie sich von ihren Arbeiten daran zurückzogen, wenn wir von einem Ausflug kamen, damit wir den Garten und die überdachte Terrasse in Ruhe genießen konnten. Das wäre gar nicht nötig gewesen. Lieben Dank noch einmal für alles! Wir können die alte Seilerei bestens empfehlen.

Wartenburg - wohl kaum bekannt. Aber: diese FeWo sollten Sie sich merken. Großzügig, sauber, modern ausgestattet. Dazu ein separater Innenhof mit Pergola, eigener Parkplatz und das alles in einem ruhigen, dörflichen Umfeld. Radler finden neben dem Elberadweg viele weitere, gut ausgebaute Fahrwege in Wald und Flur. Gaststätten etc im Ort: Fehlanzeige. Stadt Elster, Wittenberg usw. sind in der Nähe ...Und nicht zu vergessen: die Vermieter, Familie Bartoli ! Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit auch bei kleinen Extras ! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns bei ihnen für die netten Gespräche. Alles Gute weiterhin.

Zur Anreise wurden wir herzlichen von den sympathischen Gastgebern empfangen. Im sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus fühlt man sich gleich willkommen und heimisch. Gern empfehlen wir das Objekt weiter.
