About this house rental
This fully outfitted, modern house (built 2006) 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom is perfect for groups. An excellent location with walking access to Patton beach or Waterman's Landing to rent a kayak or paddleboard, nearby hiking trails, Garwood's Grill for drinks on the deck or just hang out on the deck and BBQ with views of the lake.
There is easy access to many major ski resorts (Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows). Tahoe regional bus system (TART) is easily accessible.
Just outside is access to hiking, mountain biking, swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking and miniature golf as well as a few good restaurant options. Additionally, with a quick drive, access Tahoe City, Kings Beach, golf, major ski resorts and numerous other options.
After a day of activity, relax in the jacuzzi or the gas fireplace watching your favorite movie or game large Televisions.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. We loved the location….easy access to Kings Beach and Tahoe City. Our grand puppy enjoyed Patton Beach as well.

It was a wonderful stay. Very clean and well appointed. We had several family members in adjoining cabins and were able to host Bbq dinners for all. Comfy accommodations and well appointed kitchen. Garage was a nice bonus, to store beach chairs and wagon. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and mini golf. We had an excellent time and would rent again.

The house is amazing and so well stocked. Never have I had a place with so many thoughtful touches. I really want to keep this gem to myself so it isn’t booked when we are able to return but that isn’t fair to Chris. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is quiet. Got to have a National Geographic moment one morning as a bear came cruising between the houses and did his back scratching on a tree out back. The hot tub is very well maintained just like the house. I can’t say enough good things about the house, location, and host!! Chris responds in record time & is so accommodating! Plus he goes above and beyond. Love this place and are working on returning again. The beach is fantastic and just a short 3 block walk from the house. Awesome time in Tahoe!!!
