Fewo NicOlli, 0 1 6 0 8 0 5 0 4 6 5, a beautiful, non-smoking apartment for 2 persons in the house Norderney with a garage for storing your bikes, in the cozy fishing village Dornumersiel. From 3 people we recommend on this page our property number 2571986 in the neighboring house.

Other resorts such as Bensersiel, Nessmersiel and the islands of Langeoog and Baltrum are only a few kilometers away.
To the center with supermarket, bakery, restaurants and pubs only 5-10 minutes.
To the beach, to the heated outdoor pool (free, open from June) and to the port about 15 minutes on foot.
Leisure activities: swimming, jogging / walking, sauna, cycling (cheap to rent in the village), mini golf, dragon meadow, play house for bad weather and much more.

Located on the 4th floor (no elevator) at the end of a cul-de-sac, you have absolute peace, as there are no neighbors above and to the right of you. You can also enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view to the island of Baltrum from the 12m² covered balcony / loggia to the southwest. Balcony furniture with editions are of course available. It is possible to grill with a self-brought electric grill on the balcony. Please no charcoal !!!
A combined living room / bedroom with a 1.80 m bed, insect screen on the window available, 32-inch LCD satellite TV, comfortable TV chair, CD radio with USB and Bluetooth, top equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge - / Freezer, stove / oven with hood, ... everything is there :-)
Dining area, small couch corner, hallway with wardrobe and wardrobe and a spacious modern bathroom with shower and radio.
A private parking space (No. 90) is only available to you.
Duvet cover, sheets, tea towels and towels must be brought.
Rental period at least 2 nights plus. Final cleaning (42, - € must be paid locally) and tourist tax, in the low season tourist tax half. Information under: the north sea coast de
Bed linen and towel package can be rented on site by prior arrangement (14, - / person).
The final cleaning must be paid directly on the spot upon delivery of the keys.
The spa fee must be paid directly to the landlord and will be forwarded to the community Dornum.
Note: Many restaurants close at the end of October and will not open until the Christmas season. Same as January until the Easter season. It is very quiet but also very nice!

Der Austausch mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und pragmatisch. Die Wohnung war gepflegt,der Balkon war für die Abende sehr schön.Auf dem Bett war aufgrund guter Matratzen sehr gut zu schlafen.

Wir haben einen super Urlaub an der Nordsee genossen.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet. Nur die Mikrowelle haben wir vermisst, was aber nicht weiter schlimm war.
Auch der kontaklose Check-In sowie die Garage für Fahrräder ist ein echtes Plus an der Unterkunft. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder hierher.

Ich habe herrliche Tage an der Nordsee genossen in einer wunderschönen Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick und freue mich schon heute auf einen erneuten erholsamen Aufenthalt.
