About this house rental
This property is situated in a dominant position among the gentle Maremma hills. The complex is part of an important farm with 330 ha grounds. The house, dating from the end of 1800, have been renovated with care of the architecture and traditions, such as the wonderful "travertino" stone staircase. It can host 11 people in total. Lots of privacy and large outdoor area with furniture to dine oudoors. On request it is possible to take part in the grape harvest, see the cows being milked and visit the zoological centre. Clients are greeted with 1 bottle of red wine and 1 bottle of white wine on the house. Siena 140 km, Fiumicino airport (Rome) are 140 km away. Beautiful country house, surrounded by trees and fields. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 10 km from the centre of Manciano, 25 km from the centre of Saturnia, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 25 km from the sea, in the countryside. Casa molto spaziosa e isolata, ideale per un gruppo di amici non troppo silenzioso. Bella piscina e camere, molto vicina al centro di Manciano.

Ładne położenie z dala od innych zabudowań. Bardzo cicha okolica, ale niestety bardzo trudny dojazd pierwszego dnia. Droga częściowo asfaltowa i częściowo szutrowa (MEGA kurz). Oba domy czyste. W domu bardzo słabe wyposażenie w garnki do gotowania, że nie wspomnę o czajniku - stary aluminiowy. To samo ze szkłem do wina i piwa - tylko DWA KIELISZKI na dom dla 11 osób. Brak kubków do kawy czy herbaty, tylko same szklanki. Stara zmywarka, która absolutnie nie chciała zmywać sztućców.

Uima-allas oikein hyvä, lämmin suihku vieressä. Piha oli tilava, nurmikolla lapset pystyivät pelailemaan. Talot isoja, remontin tarpeessa. Kahdelle perheelle hyvä. Keittiö oli etruskilaiselta ajalta, juuri ja juuri pystyi ruokaa tekemään. Wifi ei toiminut, internet yhteyttä ei käytännössä ollut. Ei ilmastointia mutta vaikka oli +28C niin talo pysyi viileänä kun nukkui luukut raollaan.
