About this house rental

Simple, cosy holiday apartment/holiday home, 850m above sea level.
As is often the case in old houses, the room height is lower than usual (1.80-2.00).
There is a wood-burning stove in the kitchen. This also supplies the cosy sitting stove in the living room with warmth.
The house is surrounded by meadows and is situated above the village in a quiet and sunny location. Car park and ski room are available. Hiking in summer and ski, snowboard and snowshoe tours in winter are possible from the front door. The landlords are happy to give tips.
The ski region Elsigenalp-Metsch, Adelboden/Lenk can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
The 3 rooms are simply and functionally furnished.
Living room with sofa, dining area and cosy stove. Bedroom with double bed, a small room with a pull-out bed.
The cooker with ceramic hob and oven is in the kitchen. A capsule coffee machine with Delizio capsules is also available.
The holiday flat is ideal for 2 people.
There should also be enough space for a family with children.
You have an outdoor seating area at your disposal. Terrace furniture, parasol and deckchairs are available. If you are travelling in winter, please ensure that your vehicle is equipped with winter gear and that you have snow chains with you
You will be welcomed by the landlady, who will familiarise you with the holiday flat, and in the winter months you will be shown how to heat the storage heater.
A later check-in time than 6 pm is not possible for organisational reasons.
Earlier check-in than 3 pm on request.

Other sports and leisure facilities: Frutigen is located in the Bernese Oberland between Spiez and Kandersteg/Adelboden. Ideal starting point for hikes, mountain and ski tours, alpine and sport climbing, snow sports in winter. Summer mountain tours, hiking trails, bike routes and climbing areas.
Summer sports facilities within 11-15km. Tennis (3 outdoor courts), horse riding, fitness trail, paragliding. Bikes and e-bikes can be hired nearby.
The Frutigen sports centre has an outdoor and indoor swimming pool with fitness centre, sauna, massages and a minigolf course.
In winter: The famous Adelboden/Lenk winter sports area with 185 km of pistes is just 15 km away. Snow park, halfpipe, snow sports schools. The quieter winter sports area of Elsigenalp/Höchst (11km) and Engstligenalp are also easily accessible by public transport. Good starting point for short and long ski, snowboard and snowshoe tours. Cross-country ski trails in Kandersteg, Adelboden and on the Engstligenalp. Various winter hiking trails and toboggan runs. Artificial ice rink in Kandersteg. Indoor and outdoor pool with fitness centre, sauna and massages.

In the kitchen there is a storage stove to heat the flat with a sitting stove in the living room.

The storage stove is heated by you during the heating period from November to March. The firewood is charged according to consumption.

The indoor and outdoor swimming pool is 2km away. There is also a miniature golf course.
There is also a tennis court and riding stable in Frutigen.
The medical emergency service is guaranteed 24h/365 days and the fmi hospital is very close by.
