The apartment is centrally located in the "Bas Californie" district, on the 1st Floor of the Palais Beausejour., A historic building from the 19th Century.
The 100 m2 south-facing terrace offers a view of the parks and the Bay of Cannes. You can access the terrace from any room using large double doors.
The 75 m2 apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. It has a living room with an open attached fully equipped kitchen. In the adjoining room is the dining room with the sleeping area floating above it on a glass gallery.
The luxuriously furnished apartment naturally offers you TV (also German channels), free WiFi, parking space within the protected area.
You can walk to the Carltonhotel on the Croisette within 5 minutes.

Je me suis sentie chez moi dans ce superbe appartement dans cet ancien pallazzo à l’italienne. La grande hauteur sous plafond, l’immense terrasse avec vue très dégagée sur le jardin de la propriété (et sur les feux d’artifices de Cannes) Tout le confort y était et même plus malgré l’absence de climatisation ( mais présence de ventilateurs) . Djamilia qui gérait l’acceuil nous a reçu gentiment malgré notre retard. Emplacement au top à 2 pas de la rue d’Antibes. En revanche à éviter si vous êtes allergique aux chats car la propriétaire en a un qui vit parfois dans l’appartement.
J’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour et espère avoir l’occasion de revenir, merci de nous avoir ouvert les portes de votre bel appartement !

eine wunderschöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Cannes. Sehr sauber und gepflegt mit viel Liebe zum Detail.
Das alte Stadtpalais ist schon sehr besonders. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
