הוילה מודרנית, מטבח מצויד היטב, חדרים מרווחים ונוחים מאוד, לכל חדר מקלחת ושירותים. סלון ופינת אוכל גדולים ומרווחים, היינו 9 אנשים והמרחב היה מעולה. חצר נעימה עם נוף מקסים.
הסאונה לא עבדה והג'קוזי לא היה מספיק זמין. בכל פעם שרצינו להשתמש היינו צריכים לבקש המארחים וזה לא היה נוח. היינו שמחים אם היינו יכולים להפעיל עצמאית.
