Mehr Schein als sein > Abzocke!

Lage und Design des Apartments. Die Kühe auf der Weide nebenan. Partyraum wenn der Code funktioniert.

Zu viel Hightech. Türcode funktionierte am ersten Tag nicht. 5 Fernbedienungen für TV. Kein netflix wie beschrieben. Controller für extra beworbene playstation fehlten usw. Whirlpool und Sauna stehen mitten auf Gelände vor anderen Appartements, müssen mit anderen Gästen geteilt werden und gehören nicht wie beschrieben zum "Apartment mit Sauna" sondern mussten bei checkin, trotz hohem Übernachtungspreis, für 300€ extra dazugebucht werden. Dafür waren muffig riechende Handtücher entgegen der Beschreibung inklusive. Kommunikation schleppend und nicht kooperativ. Bett war statt 161-180 nur 140. Statt Schlafcouch gab es einen normalen 3Sitzer. Somit ist das Apartment mit Sauna für 4 Personen ungeeignet. Bisher keine Einigung mit Booking/ brainions GmbH wegen entsprechender Entschädigung. Im Gegenteil wird behauptet alle Leistungen wurden wie beschrieben erbracht. Keine Antwort auf Gegendarstellung. Ich hatte noch nie einen Urlaub mit derartigen Mängeln aufgrund falscher Beschreibung. Dazu noch der Aufwand der ergebnislosen ping pong Kommunikation. Sehr unprofessionell und enttäuschend.

Le lieu est magnifique et centré par rapport aux visites des villes, aux randonnées .il y a des lacs,des rivières où l on peut se rafraîchir ou se baigner. Pour les courses il y a des petits commerces un peu partout et Kempten est vraiment proche avec un lidl. Près de l appartement et Pour petits et grands il y a une salle de jeux avec table de ping pong ,fléchettes... un belle endroit pour se détendre et visiter

Pour l appartement, il y a un manque de manuels d utilisation pour les télévisions et electro ménager surtout si on ne parle pas l allemand. le lit est un peu petit surtout si l on est grand .il faudrait également une commode dans la chambre pour les vêtements. Il manque également un parasol pour l extérieur

Ganz tolle Location

Super Lage. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und mehr. Weber-Grill, WMF-Küchen-Utensilien, tolle Küche im Allgemeinen, alles sauber. Inhaber sehr schnell in Kommunikation

Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht so, wie es auf der Anzeige steht (dadurch war es etwas warm)

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Neben der Wohnung war auch der Freizeitraum. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß

Super schöne Familienzeit.

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen komplett übertroffen, auf Booking war die Größe und Ausstattung überhaupt nicht zu erkennen, da Fotos von mehreren Wohnungen vermischt sind: Auf der direkten Seite der Wohnung (hoelzlers.de) ist das besser zu erkennen - Wohnung Zugspitzblick. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es ist noch ein super ausgestattet Freizeitraum dabei mit Dartscheibe, Tischkicker, Tischtennisplatte, Boxsack, etc.

Der Whirlpool hat sehr lange zum aufheizen gebraucht (ca. 3-4 Std.). Bedienung der Düsen war nirgends erklärt.

דירה מהממת התארחנו שתי משפחות עם ילדים, הדירה הייתה מאובזרת בכל דבר אפשרי, בשפע של כלים וציוד במטבח, משחקי מחשב לילדים, מצעים ומגבות נקיות, מכונת קפה עם קפה טרי, חיכה לנו גם יין. הכל היה כמו חלום. נקי מאוד, מרווח נעים ממש רצינו להישאר עוד, המקום שקט, נעים ממש. כמה דקות מהעיר, שלווה אמתית נהנינו מאוד מאוד מהמקום. ממליצים בחום.

הכל היה נפלא.

Gemütliches Wochenende mit Freunden in toller Lage

Die Unterkunft hatte einen sehr schönen Ausblick und eine tolle Lage. Der Basesee ist fußnah. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Erlebnis/Spieleraum war toll.

Das untere Schlafzimmer hatte Schimmelbefall im Bad/Zimmer. Das sollte dringend behoben werden. Die Küche war z.t. etwas klebrig/nicht so sauber. Das ist noch verbesserungsfähig :) Uns war nicht klar, dass der Whirlpool/die Sauna nicht im Preis inkludiert war und evtl. mit anderen Bewohnern geteilt werden muss. Nur die Unterkunft für 8 Personen hat einen privaten Whirlpool.
