About this house rental
The former shed (wine barn) of the neighboring winegrower's house with thick old stone walls was rebuilt in 2015/16 into a holiday home with 130 sqm of living space on two floors and is located in the village. The entrance is via the large, fully equipped kitchen. From here it goes over a wide, with a sliding door demarcated wall opening into a salon with dining area and additional bed opportunity to relax. This room is connected via a large sliding glass door with a 30 square meters paved and landscaped courtyard / garden, which gets sun until the afternoon hours. Here it is very nice to eat or sit sociable with friends over an aperitif or glass of wine until late at night.
From the salon, a staircase leads to the upper floor, which is designed as an open gallery overlooking the salon under the old roof beams. There is another table area to eat or play games and a seating ensemble consisting of a comfortable sofa with two wicker armchairs. The sofa as a sofa bed is a comfortable bunk for two. A large flat screen TV with Bluray player, a network and airplay capable hi-fi complete system and a chess table complete the furnishings. There are several books in German and English and a variety of CDs and DVDs of different directions.
A from the gallery outgoing, also open workspace (WLAN is of course available) follows. On the opposite side is also an alternative sleeping space available. Daylight reaches the room via large skylights, and in the evening various light sources create a pleasant ambience.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a 180 cm wide comfortable double bed and a cupboard room leading off it as well as a spacious bathroom with shower area and WC. A washing machine is also available.
In order to preserve the quality and character of the house, which we also often use ourselves, we rent despite the large living space only to a maximum of 4 adults or Parents with two children.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Domizil von Ewa und Hellfried H. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in ihrem Haus und bekamen tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Strände. Ewa und Hellfried waren herzliche und sehr nette Vermieter, deren Haus wir absolut empfehlen können.

Wir wurden von den Vermietern Ewa und Hellfried Haller sehr herzlich empfangen.
Sie haben uns tolle Tips gegeben was in der Umgebung sehenswert ist, wo man am besten Essen kann ect.
Das Haus ist super gepflegt, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Von der gut riechenden Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern bis hin zu allem was man in Küche und Bad brauch.
Die kleine Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich, dort kann man bei einem Gläschen guten Rose den Abend ausklingen lassen.
Im Ort gibt es einen Bäcker der in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Pesenas, etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt.
Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen.

Tres bel échange avec les propriétaires et surtout très belle propriété très agréable et à proximité de la plage des grandes villes...... parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances

Wir haben drei wunderschöne Wochen im Ferienhaus von Ewa und Hellfried verbracht. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wie zu Hause. Das Haus ist liebevoll und nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts.
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Ort nur 5 Minuten von Pézenas entfernt. Vor Ort gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei, einen „Tante Emma-Laden“ und eine tolle Pizzeria.
Strände sind in 20 Minuten gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Hérault in der man ebenfalls toll schwimmen oder Kanu fahren kann hat man ebenfalls schnell erreicht.
Südfrankreich und vor allem die Gegend um Pézenas herum bleibt unser schönstes Urlaubsziel.
Ewa und Hellfried sind so liebevolle Gastgeber die man direkt ins Herz schließt! Vielen Dank ihr Beiden - wir kommen wieder!
