Ein eigentlich sehr tolles Haus in super Lage. Leider in den Jahren (obwohl augenscheinlich gar nicht so alt) nicht sehr gut gepflegt worden. Schade... Wir hatten dennoch einen tollen Urlaub, da man über einige Dinge hinweggesehen hat.

Leider immer noch ein unvollständiges Babybett, Einlegeboden + Matratze fehlen, Reißverschluss am Eingang /Schlupfloch defekt (nicht verwendbar) seit 2021. Elektr. Türenschloss defekt, mussten im Regen eine gute Dreiviertelstunde warten bis der Hausmeister kam und uns das Haus mit einem Schlüssel öffnete.

Das Haus an sich hat eine schöne Größe für zwei Familien. Die Lage ist top, nur wenige Meter zu Fuß zum Strand. Was eindeutig zu bemängeln ist, ist der Sauberkeitszustand. Durch die Fenster konnte man kaum durchschauen, der Boden lag noch voll mit (Hunde-) Haaren und beim Versuch die Haare wegzusaugen kaum Erfolg, da der Staubsaugerbeutel komplett voll war und keine Ersatzbeutel vorhanden waren. Das Haus soll „Besenrein“ übergeben werden, auch schwieriger, da nicht mal eine Kehrschaufel vorhanden ist. Ebenso roch es in der unteren Etage sehr nach altem Rauch, was sich auch durch viel lüften nicht beseitigen ließ. Da erwarten wir für 160€ Entreinigungsgebühr ein bisschen was anderes.

Das Haus ist wirklich toll. Super gelegen, man ist in 3 Minuten an die Ostsee gelaufen. Das Objekt war leider nicht so sauber, wie es der Preis der Endreinigung rechtfertigen würde. Hundehaare sollten wenigstens entfernt ansatzweise sein. Die defekte Toilette konnte leider innerhalb der Woche nicht repariert werden, das war etwas schade. Aber der Kontakt zur Vermietung war sehr freundlich, für fehlenden Einsatz der Reparaturfirmen kann man ja nur bedingt die Schuld zuweisen. An sich auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, wenn man entspannt mit kleineren Unstimmigkeiten umgehen kann.

Ein paar kleine Mängel, wie Diverse Gebrauchspuren , Geschirr angeschlagen, eine WC Spülung defekt . Defekte Babybett ( ohne Boden, dadurch nicht benutzbar) muß eben hinnehmen. Sollte evtl. mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten hatten wir mit der Familie einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns im Haus wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Als wir angereist sind war die Küche in einem nicht akzeptablen Zustand. Allerdings hat der Eigentümer sich sofort eingesetzt und die Küche wurde am nächsten Tag zumindest soweit möglich gereinigt. Die Terrasse war ebenfalls in keinem guten Zustand - die Kissen fleckig. Mit einem besseren Hausmeister Service könnte man hier viel erreichen.

Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen, einem Teenager und 2 Hunden 4 Nächte in dem Ferienhaus verpracht und waren begeistert. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, ruhig, trotzdem alles fussläufig erreichbar. Der Hundestrand liegt ganz nah. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Alles in Allem können wir das Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen. Wir hatten nur abends ein Stechmückenproblem, wofür der Vermieter natürlich nichts kann;) Nur sollte man sich dafür evtl. ausrüsten.

Wir waren nun das 3. Mal auf Rügen, und dieses Haus war mit Abstand das Beste, obwohl die vorherigen Häuser sich in der gleichen Größe und Preiskategorie befanden. Das Haus ist schick eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind sowohl im EG und DG großzügig, was auch die Schlafzimmer betrifft. Schöner Garten mit Gartenmöbel. 3 Fahrräder waren auch vor Ort!!. Zudem hatten wir durchgehend sehr schönes Wetter. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen, wahrscheinlich geschuldet durch die sofortige Anreise nach Pandemie-Lockerungsfreigabe, war der nicht gemähte Rasen. Aber insgesamt ein Lob an die Abwicklung, die Vermieter und dem schönen Haus.

Hallo, Das Objekt an sich einwandfrei. Sehr gute Lage besonders für Eltern mit Kindern. Aber uns hat die Sauberkeit gefehlt. Es wurde nur grob sauber gemacht, die Betten waren staubig sowie auf den Möbeln war eine staubschicht und unter den betten lagen tote spinnen rum was eigentlich nicht sein kann wenn 2 Std. Vorher saubergemacht wurden ist. Aber so wirklichen ein schönes großes Haus für mehrere Personen. Nur wir wurden nicht nochmal das Haus buchen. Hatten schon viel bessere für unseren Ostseeurlaub.

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus, gute Lage und tolle Ausstattung. Die Kontakte zu Vermieter und Verwaltung vor ort haben gut geklappt. Einziges Manko ist, dass man die Kaution sofort bei Buchung zahlen muss. Da wir grad eh keine Zinsen auf unser Geld bekommen, war das grad so akzeptabel. Ansonsten bin ich es nicht gewohnt, zinslose Kredite zu vergeben. Allerdings hat die Rückb uchung der Kaution reibungslos geklappt.

Beginnen möchte ich mit den positiven Dingen. Das Haus Elisabeth von Thüringen ist ein sehr schönes, modern und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in einer Ferienhausanlage in Glowe. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten durch eine Unterführung. Das Haus befindet sich direkt an einem großen Teich und einem sehr schönen Spielplatz. Auch ein großes Beachvolleyball - und Fussballfeld sind direkt vor der Haustür. Im Haus befinden sich neben einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Küche, 3 Schlafräume und 2 Bäder. Auch ein Babyreisebett steht zur Verfügung. In der Küche ist fast alles vorhanden, was man braucht...nur ein paar Gewürze fehlen im leider leeren Gewürzregal. Aber vielleicht sind wir da aus anderen Ferienhäusern einfach nur verwöhnt ;-). Terrasse und Garten sind auch sehr einladend. Leider sind dort die Mücken nur sehr plagend, sodass wir nur selten in den schönen Genuss dessen kamen. In der Gartenhütte findet man 3 Fahrräder, Spielsachen, Schlauchboot und diverse Dinge für den Strand, Grill, Grillkohle und v.a. Das einzige Negative und Verbesserungswürdige sind die fehlenden Fliegengitter an den Fenstern in der oberen Etage, also ausgerechnet den Schlafzimmern. Die Anreise war aufgrund des Zahlenkombinationsschlosses sehr unkompliziert. Man musste also nirgends erst einen Schlüssel holen und auch die Betten waren bereits bezogen und die Handtücher lagen bereit. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Ferienhaus wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider trübte sich unsere schöne Urlaubserinnerung nach dem Urlaub. Wie auch schon in einer anderen Bewertung des Hauses gelesen, wurde uns die gezahlte Kaution, trotz dessen, dass nach unserer Abreise keine Beanstandungen an uns herangetragen wurden, nicht anstandslos zurück erstattet. Erst nach 3 unbeantworteten Emails von uns an die Vermieter und der Androhung rechtlicher Schritte bekamen wir nach weiterem Verstreichen der gesetzten Frist endlich unsere Kaution ohne ein Wort der Entschuldigung zurück - eine bodenlose Frechheit!!! Wir finden es sehr schade, dass eine schöne Urlaubserinnerung sich so negativ wandeln kann. Traurig zudem, dass uns das Objekt als sooo familienfreundlich beschrieben wird, weil man nur einen Preis für das Objekt und nicht für einzelne Personen bezahlt. Also Familien mit vielen Kindern, die nicht gerade auf mehrere hundert Euro verzichten oder sich keinen Anwalt leisten können, VORSICHT vor diesen Vermietern!!!

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht dafür das es mit 4 Sternen bestückt soll. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Im Bad überall Kalkspuren. Risse an den Wänden und Decken. Die Küche war nun ja . Wir haben uns selber Pfannen kaufen müssen ,da die fast alle rostig waren .Auch der Besteckkasten waren noch Essenrester drin. Die Heizung war defekt und es war für uns sehr umständlich jemanden zu erreichen.Die Waschmaschiene und der Trockner waren auch defekt. Die Kaution haben wir auch nach mehrfacher Ermahnung einklagen müssen.Auf Beschwerde E-Mails wurde nicht reagiert. Keine 4 Sterne niemals und viel zu teuer,
