Das Haus ist wirklich toll. Super gelegen, man ist in 3 Minuten an die Ostsee gelaufen.
Das Objekt war leider nicht so sauber, wie es der Preis der Endreinigung rechtfertigen würde. Hundehaare sollten wenigstens entfernt ansatzweise sein.
Die defekte Toilette konnte leider innerhalb der Woche nicht repariert werden, das war etwas schade. Aber der Kontakt zur Vermietung war sehr freundlich, für fehlenden Einsatz der Reparaturfirmen kann man ja nur bedingt die Schuld zuweisen.
An sich auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, wenn man entspannt mit kleineren Unstimmigkeiten umgehen kann.

Ein paar kleine Mängel, wie Diverse Gebrauchspuren , Geschirr angeschlagen, eine WC Spülung defekt . Defekte Babybett ( ohne Boden, dadurch nicht benutzbar) muß eben hinnehmen. Sollte evtl. mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten hatten wir mit der Familie einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns im Haus wohl gefühlt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider immer noch ein unvollständiges Babybett, Einlegeboden + Matratze fehlen, Reißverschluss am Eingang /Schlupfloch defekt (nicht verwendbar) seit 2021. Elektr. Türenschloss defekt, mussten im Regen eine gute Dreiviertelstunde warten bis der Hausmeister kam und uns das Haus mit einem Schlüssel öffnete.
