Albufera

Location is good. 3rd row of houses fríom the beach nearby shopping and restaurants. 80 meters away from the beach. Property is modern, spacious but coul be maintained a little bit better.

1. Check in was due to be on Saturday at 16:00. Upon arrival at 16:00 cleaning barely started. We had to wait on the terrace for two hours. I felt cleaning was rushed. After complaint we were promised €50 compensation. 2. No hot water in the property for first three days. Property is managed by third party company. Although we have contacted upon arrival the company we have received no replay till Monday. They do not work on weekend and water was repaired on Monday evening. After couple follow ups on Monday 3. Generally the house has better potential but it looks like prime goal is to make money with little investment for repairs and improvement. For example: No reading lamps in two bedrooms; quite old TV does not fit with the style of the house; one bedroom with two very simple beds without night stands; Clocks, weight etc. all out of batteries. I am not trying to be picky but demonstrate that little things make a hige difference. 4. Outdoor shower by the pool with almost no pressure. Mostly used when you return from the beach. Pressure of the water in the house was no problem so clearly this can be repaired. Also it did not looked like it happened few days ago. 5. Promo photos on the listing are clearly wider than actual size and look of the property. That is minor. What is not shown on the photos that front of the property is empty lot where people park vehicles.

Location and facilities.

Broken button on hot tub so we couldn't use it.

Modern house, great kitchen, comfortable beds, fresh bathrooms, perfect location.

Outdoor facilities. Pool OK. Unfortunately the A/C was broken the first week, so we had to stay in another house. Northvillas Pollenca was very helpful and professional.
